Onaga? He showed long before the first game timeline-wise as Damashi, along with Shujinko, but he wasn't playable until Armageddon.

Nope, I mean APPEARING as a character in a game rather than just being shown in a story line until MKD.

Ki Chao. From his bio in MK Unchained for PSP. "I was bound by their sorcery and oblivious to the growing strength of the Kai Chao warriors."
As for what it means, Google search for "Ki Chao" didn't get me anything except a foreign song album with no translations. But "Ki Chao WARRIORS" got me to an old post on here, with someone asking what it meant, and Razor said it meant warriors who have special abilities like the ability to shoot ice or make fireballs with their chi (or qi, or ki, or however it's spelt). And that makes the most sense to me.
If I'm right and I don't reply within a day (after the guy who asked this says something) anyone can message me to let me know, or someone else can just ask a new question.

Okay... I haven't heard anything, but I'm thinking I got it right. Plus I don't want this thread to die so I guess I'll just go ahead and ask a question and if Chrome visits again he can say for sure.
In the early stages of the first Mortal Kombat game Liu Kang looked much different than he does now. He had a shaved head and orange robes. There was another character with a different name and story. This character's name and story were scrapped, but his design would later evolve into Liu Kang's look. What is the name of this character?

The character that later became Liu Kang was named Minamoto Yo Shin Soo. Tobias said that they couldn't deal with the name so they changed it later to become Liu Kang.

I'll give you that, but according to early sketches he was actually called Yoshitsune Minamoto, who was a Japanese warrior who recieved training from mountain demons, who were also experts in all martial arts. He was drawn with arm bands, a head band, and hair which was evidentally supposed to be black. Much like Liu Kang's appearance in MK1 and especially MK2.
Your turn!

MK trivia isn't my forte, but I hope my question isn't super-easy. This will probably be the only decent question I can come up with.
In which MK games has Fujin appeared as a cameo (non-playable) character?
