Hi I was watching summer jam 5 and tom brady keeps mentioning a new patch about how sub zero will no longer have his reset(whackness), and how kung lao will be getting yet another nerf(rejoice). I'm sure there will be more but does anyone know more info about it? When will it come?

No idea when it's supposed to come, I heard from KITANA(forum user here) that Kitana is apparently getting a nerf too and Stryker is getting a buff(hell yeah).

If it wasn't so late, I'd do some searches, but I'm beat, heading off to bed for school, but when I get back I'll do some searching for it.
Edit: Did a brief search on yahoo, couldn't find anythingsad

Oh man, I really don't want any more damn nerfs. Kung Lao's spin is the ONLY thing in the game that actually needs it. Leave Kitana and Sub Zero. Not like they are dominating anything.

Some buffs are fine. Much rather make "bad" characters better than bring others down.

The rumor is they'll "nerf" Kitana's d+1 and Mileena's d+4 by increasing their hitbox because at the moment it's impossible to jump-in-punch on the two of them while they're doing those moves. I hope they don't mess with anything else regarding those two. If they further nerf Kitana's damage I'll go mad!

Also, while Subby's reset is to be taken out, his slide will receive a buff in that it will go under all projectiles (except for the ground ones of course). He would still be vulnerable on the start-up because of the animation for his slide.

I don't think the rumor about nerfing Kitana's d+1 is true. In a Valley Stream chat from before Evo Paulo from NRS got on and was saying don't believe everything you hear in regards to Kitana's d+1 and Mileena's d+4.

But he did say they're going to fix a damage scaling bug with her. If the opponent jumps into a ground fan the following hit isn't scaled. This should only effect some of the impractical combos like the corner combos with X-Ray. It shouldn't lower her real bnb combo damage.

I think it's already arrived.

I got like 3 updates in the last two days.

The only thing I've notticed is that I can't Double Jab x3 then double kick juggle anymore with Johnny Cage.

Gotta shorten my combos up.

Ah, I see. I wasn't aware of the damage scaling issue with her ground fans. Thanks for the info!

Hopefully d+1 remains godlike as it is. glasses

I really think he needs it sad

And I was part of the "NO MORE NERFS" gang.
Just sad to see more and more pros abandon their mains and play KL in order to win something. Not their fault.

I would want to be able to hit his spin with a low attack. It should be an anti-air move, not a "Launch the kitchen sink, including the whole kitchen" move.

I made this point over in the other forum where someone was complaining about KL getting nerfed.

That would have been nice and the enhanced version to remain immune to low attacks.
