I am not sure if this has ever been mentioned or not, I had actually been meaning to share this older discovery for sometime. Well anyways, I noticed as I was playing mk2 (like since it's first home release on sega&snes) that in the background (armory) on those polls/beams holding the ceiling there was a monstrous looking face, when you look at it more carefully does it look like mileena without her mask? (try to picture her face just as she pulls off her mask to do her suck fatal).. curious eh? anyways, sorry if this has been brought up before, but hey thought I would bring it up to see if I was the only who noticed.
