i think kitana was best in mk2. deadly alliance comes close but not quite since i dont like her fighting styles (even tho one of her styles seems to suit jade more in deception). lol

Raiden was at his best in MK4/Gold. He and Tanya owned those games, although Sektor was slightly better on Gold.

Mortal Kombat Deception clearly. Not that good in playing, but awesome
outfit and storyline.

And before I forget. Kitana Arsenal, I did mean Kitana when referring to her
as a whore in UMK3 and MK trilogy. All female ninjas looked like whores
for me, there was nothing oriental in them anymore.
