Tanya,Hus Hao,Jarek,Li Mei,Stryker,Drahmin,Mavado,Bo Rai Cho,Fujin, and that other guy from MK4 with the red outfit and stripes.
They all seemed quickly thought up ideas or rip offs from past fighters.

The cyborgs, for me at least, never fit in with the MK universe. MK3 was about humans having to defend their world against an invasion from Outworld.
The cyborgs just seem too futuristic and hi tech for the whole MK setting. I can let Kano's eye and Jax's arms go, as they're only slight modifications.
