I've had lots of weird happenings in the original version of Mortal Kombat 3.

I lost to Sektor on the CPU at the Subway stage once. When it said "Finish Him!" he kept trying to uppercut me to do a stage fatality. Oddly enough, he kept missing even though he was close.

When fighting Sheeva on the CPU, one time she like teleport stomped me 3 times in a row, and I couldn't get up or do anything. I think Shock said she can even do it 5 times in a row or more. Fortuneatly after the 2nd teleport stomp, it doesn't do any more damage I think.

One time I was playing with Kano and beat Sub-Zero on the computer. I had jumped kicked him to deal the final blow, but he froze me at the same time. So my dude was there in the air frozen when it said Kano wins. And he didn't unfreeze either, weird.

When I was playing MK2 recently with a friend, I was Kitana. When I beat him and it said Finish him, I was a little late in doing my fatality. The game ended up saying "Kitana Wins" and then i did the fatality. The screen turned dark, the fatality sound played, and I did the fatality, but it never said Fatality in the blood red letters.

In MK2, if you do an acid spit attack with Reptile and your opponent is Sub-Zero, and he freezes you while you are doing the acid spit, Reptile's face will be missing.

The other night I was playing someone in UMK3, I was Reptile, he was Kitana, he did a standing fan throw, and I did a slide, somehow the timing made it so the fan bounced off me as if I blocked the fan, and it did no damage to me, and my slide kept going.

Just something recent that has happened that shouldn't, there's tons of other things I'll list later.

In MK3 sektor sent a seeking missle, I jumped arround and dodged it, but sektor quickly punched and beat me. The screen went black, and the "dun dun dun" played.. and the missile hit me... and I fell... and sektor stood there for a while.. and then it just went Sektor Wins (screen stilol dark)

Another weird thing is that in MKT once in a while, when I use Noob's shadow throw it is slightly discolored, it's skin has a normal tone and some of hin ninja suit is grey... it's funny cause it kinda looks like smoke... and the move reminds me of noobsmoke...

Then something happened a long time ago w Raiden in MK2... I don' remember well... but it had to do with his teleport and his colors ended up all messed

I had the beta version of MK2 for SNES around 4-5 months before the full version came out in stores, I picked it up on floppy disks in Thailand (for use with a bootleg SNES disc drive). You could do a fatality at anytime, and then you'd just have to wait for the time to run out. The person with the most health was the winner, so it was hilarious when the dead guy won.

Baraka stood in the air when he wasn't walking or attacking, about a full character high in the air. So fatalities were impossible to do on him.

Of course there was stuff missing as well, such as the codes on the select screen.

The disks eventually got corrupt, I never made a backup and the rom is nowhere to be found online

I was playing through UMK3 as Reptile, and in the battle with Shao Kahn, I finished the second round with an uppercut as he was jumping above me, hitting him right between the legs. I yelled at my friend to get the camera, for the dramatic, freeze-frame of Shao-Kahn being punched in the balls, but he was too slow.

We then proceeded to play through the game at least ten more times each, trying to do that again. I eventually did, with Human Smoke, and he got a picture of it. It's glorious, and I love it dearly.

Did sonya's Kiss Deathmove in UMK3 on Saturn, and the screen starts going up, This always happens, so it must be a glitch.

I still have that CARTRIDGE heehe.. is awesome. almost anything that you do will result in a glitch. I've experienced a lot with it combining its natural glithchy properties with cage's fireball glitch and the results are I recorded some stuff (I'm planning on making a video of it) some of the coolest stuff is fatalities in combos, dead chars doing fatalities, both char fats happening at the same time, "blue" chars, mileena eating a liu kang dragon (or motaro) baraka and shang dancing...

for arcade umk3, sindelVsany char. sindel does his air fireball and the other char uppers her exactly when the fireball hits. game freezes and eventually restarts. only happened once..

in umk3, i was playing against someone as shang the other day and I morphed into jade. I did the boomerang and uppercutted the other person. They landed from the uppercut on top of the returning boomerang blade and I morphed back into shang as they were falling. As I morphed, shangs pants were yellow, then turned to purple. We both saw the switch. Next we were playing randper kombat and I did Jade's invincible move and when she changed into the next character, which happened to be Reptile, he was still flashing, but there was a continuous "sizzle" sound, like 5 acid spits in a row. next during randper, I the other person was kabal, did a spin on me while I was Kano, kabal changed into sub zero, and froze me while I was still spinning. It looked like a blue tornado. When sub landed the first punch on me, I was Cyrax! apparently i had morphed while i was spinning and frozen.

Yesterday,I was playing MK1.I was fighting Shang Tsung.HE MORPHED INTO REPTILE AND GORO!!!!!.No lying!!(Finally there was somthing challenging about him)

what system and version were u playing. Was it the arcade? He always morphs into goro, but i'm hesitant to believe the reptile part.

I was playing the Deception Premium Pack(PS2 version)

I used to play PSX MKT long enough for the PSX to start overheating. When it did you could pick Shang Tsung and do some crazy stuff with his morphs. You could morph and end up stuck as Sub Zero. I believe it would actually start the second round out with Shang looking like Sub Zero (classic version). He had no voice (so when he punches kicked and ran he wouldn't grunt at all). He couldn't do any of sub zero's specials at all. And, if you tried to do any of shang's moves he would end up stuck in really fast dizzy frames until the opponent hit him. If you tried to morph it would show the half of the morph of Sub Zero morphing away but the half where he morphed into Shang wasn't there so he would morph into a tiny little spec and then the game would freeze.

Best part was when you did a throw. Shang has that crazy throw where he rolls you and then slams you but sub zero just has the regular ninja throw. When you throw as the glitched sub/shang, your character does Sub Zero's throw frames but the opponent would move as if Shang was throwing him so about halfway through Sub Zero would switch to dizzy frames and the opponent would keep tumbling and get thrown. It was really funny stuff. Back when it happened I recorded it on VHS and probably still have it around somewhere.

in MKD, I have a Floating Mileena and she was doing one of her normal Standing combos while in mid air.

In MK II Rev L1.4 I chose a character and put the cheat where I fight Jade first. Since Jade was not in 1.4 the character instead was invisible and just the shadow was there. Kung Lao was in the name bar, The invisible character threw me....the game froze, the whole stage scrolled to the left, then the game rest itself where it was CPU controlled Kung Lao VS CPU controlled Kung Lao on the deadpool stage. The round went all the way to Round 5 fight, then I just turned off MAME.

one time i was playing the saturn with a friend and i finished him with a babality, i noticed i culd move around, even hit the baby! it was cruel, i kno but o-so very funny! (i discovered this by accident)

is a glitch involving a santa or a witch at the pit in any game other than MK1? or was it just the cheat in MK1 on genesis? also in MKT, why do their hands float by their legs when their upper body come off?
