Sigh.
While in MK you can use keyboard with success, you would get pummeled in games like DOA, SF, Tekken, VF and many others that have actual circular moves. In MK there's no quarter circle front, there's down-front, not to mention half, full and multiple circles.

it takes alot of experience to master the keyboard but one you get used to it, it will be in very good use.

Sigh. Fighting games would go to a whole new level of on the whole people started using keyboards or keyboard style controllers. Nothing else compares to the precision.

I know what you mean man, ive been playing fighting games on the keyboard for years.

You know what? I just though of an idea for whenever (if ever) MK gets on the PC, you could use the mouse the same way you would use the Wiimote (move it around to do moves) and use the W,A,S, and D keys for movement and the mouse buttons for attacks (hell, if they can make 2 buttons work with the wiimote then they can make 3 buttons work with the keyboard) and the rest of the buttons would be like...1,2,3,4,q, e or what else is around the moving keys.
That would be awesome.. (whoever does that please give me credit for the idea lol)

No, I won't. His Cartwheel Kick Fatalities in MK1 and MK2 are very easy to do, especially when you can hold block. Go and do some Zangief's super combos in SF, then talk about keyboard mastering wink

I wasn't arguing. I just thought what you said was funny.

My most sincere apologies.

The 360 motion for Liu's fatality and gief's moves are pretty much the same. The difference between the two is the same on stick as it is on keyboard since you don't have a block button to buffer with in SF.

My most sincere apologies.

By argument I meant a reason given in proof or rebuttal, not an argument as a quarrel.

I'll see what I can do about accepting your apologies tongue

First of, I meant Zangief's 720° super combo, so it's obvious that 720° is harder than 360°.

Second of, "pretty much" makes the difference. Liu's fatalities can be done slower than Zang's (and not only his for that matter) super combos, even without holding block.

Third of, aforementioned block holding makes even bigger difference, 'cause in SF you have to do the move without it (or in the air) and that's another reason why I suggested doing "circles" in SF.
