Well no other fighting game in recent history can claim to have sold that many copies in that time period. So I guess you could say that MK: DA is the most popular fighting game around at the moment.

Yes. Defenatly MKDA will become the greatest hit EVER. IT has everything that fans and people who arent fans would love.....fine, exept pits and second fatalities.
I expect it will.. but dont be expecting to pick it up cheap any time soon. By the sounds of things, sales are still going well.. and they wont drop the game to half price now just because its sold 2mil+ copies..
When sales slow, then I would be expecting it to hit the Platinum range.
Ah, man... I really love MK:DA, its incredibly fun and everlasting. Even though I have a job and make quite a bit of money Im still a cheap bastard. Yes, I can afford MK:DA, I can dish out 70 bucks but... I have a couple of other things to pay for; driving school, my motorcycle, the gym, social gatherings, hapkido lessons (which I havent started yet).... damn, Im cheap... I hate myself sometimes.

Titles usually don't hit greatest hits till after the game is first released all over, hit's the sales mark, then you have to wait the eight month waiting period, then you have to wait till a few other titles are launched at greatest hits so it may be released with them, AND THEN it's 20$.
In other words, probably about 9 months after the release of the pal version. hell grand theft auto is just now a greatest hits title.
