I believe i had raiden close to being mastered at one time. But i dont play anymore, so...now i just suck. But i was really good.

I only bother "mastering" the characters I enjoy playing. In the case of MKDA (Frost, Sub-Zero, Kitana, Cyrax, Scorpion, Quan Chi) So no I haven't mastered everyone and I don't think there is any games in my collection where I have mastered every fighter. BTW knowing moves and basic combos isn't "mastering" a character.

Excellent response! Though im sure a few of the guys on this board beg to differ. I share Vers's opinion on this one. I have mastered no one, but I feel i can compete with the best with my Reptile.

gese everyone here talks like mastering everyone is pretty hard, though I havent played for a while, mk conquest tought me to master everyones combos, you guys talk like its an impossible thing to do, which makes me feel extra special about myself. And dont ever say that nobody can master every character. I know I have.

Okay, im gonna repeat what someone just said, knowing the combos for a character is not mastering a character. I also like how reptilestyle put it, i can compete with my raiden.

I have "mastered" every character. I know all the moves and combos for every character.

The idea behind mastering a character isnt being able to finish Konquest or the game with that character. IMO, mastering a character means being able to OWN with them. When i say Own, i dont mean being able to win, but i mean being able to get flawless victory after flawless victory everytime you play, regardless of who you play. If you dont get a flawless victory, then you at least do not allow any hits to make contact unblocked.

Anyone can fuckn memorize a preset combo.

Taker and Outworld, you have no mastered anyone by beating Konquest or knowing all the combos. I'd like to know where you two live. If you're near by perhaps my mama can drive me to your house so we can see who's mastered what.

I agree with RS a few posts up... Though flawless after flawless is I guess not impossible, but nearly is. I think the only character that has any chance to own that good is Reptile. Sick mix-ups!

I have played DA for countless hours and a great deal of them were played against Ray. Have I conqured everyone? A big fat NO!

There are still a couple characters that I know the moves for but I just don't play too seriously. And I still find little things here and there to help improve my game every once in a while. But, for the longest time, whenever I picked the game up I found out something new that beat much more ass than what I found the last time I had played.

I don't think getting a flawless victory will make you a master. Cuz it doesn't happen. You can't stop your opponent from atleast changing up from mid to low and from low to mid. So it's impossible to get straight FVs, but I consider a master to be someone who can win consistant rounds and actual games with a character(s) without losing a single match. Since no one can do that..then no one is a master.

If infinates are not banned for NEC... What is the point of picking any character other than Bo?

Im not saying im going to use the infinite. I am saying that it makes him even more better than Reptile than he already is. 1 touch and it IS over.

And if I come(still trying to get a ride) I will only use the infinite vs opponents who are using it themselves. I'm not going to be someone's bitch just because they want to hide behind it. If they're down I'm fucking down too.
