Help with the Gameshark MKT codes

I found my Playstation gameshark last night, and tonight I wanted to try the codes for Mortal Kombat Trilogy. I had my PS memory card in and pressed "With Codes" when MKT was selected, but I am still taking damage! I also saw a MKT 1.1 on there, so I was wondering: Is the MKT 1.1 the MKT that has the green "Greatest Hits" label on the cover of the manual?

Yes the greatest hits is version 1.1. The original MKT with the orange cd, is the lower version.
