In your example you're talking about a noob saibot controlled by the cpu, but the quality of playing of the computer is definitely not representative of the potential of the character. The top tier list isn't about the best characters of the cpu but about the most dangerous characters in the hands of the players. So even if cpu noob saibot is not that difficult to beat, he is the most rewarding character for the players : his dark shot is insanely fast, he can perform several throws in a row and its quite easy to juggle with him. He is definitely the most broken character of the game, even far beyond kabal and human smoke.

Yes i know that but, I showed my freinds This Combo with Noob Saibot:

First: Use the disabler
Second:Run, and do this combo LK,LK,LK,LK.
Then Third:Teleport Stomp and uppercut.


This is the easiest way to win, and me and my freinds are very,very good at Mortal Kombat,I can do very well online, even against people who are a little better than me.But anyways, some of them did that combo, and beat me a few times with it, but the rest of the time I won. I countered theteleport with Scorpion's teleport punch, and Sub-Zero's Ice clone.When he got me with the disabler, I could jump away until it was gone, all he did was use those tactics, and I won a few times.i had to beat him with combos mostly, whenever i tried to teleport he could counter with the disabler, so i don't really think if people knew how to counter Noob Saibot's moves( like I showed in my last post) they would have much trouble.
Like i said, my freinds are very good at MK.And I won a few times with them using that combo I listed above.

In that combo you listed above, part 3 is blockable. And you call yourself a good Mortal Kombat player?

Noob Saibot is the most broken character in MKT, no question about it.

First of all, I know you can block Noob Saibot's teleport slam.But if you read it CAREFULLY you would have noticed that i said i was disabled while it happens. When Noob Saibot gets you with the disabler, blocks don't work.

I'm so sorry that I did not see that at first. The fact is that no matter what you say about Noob being not as broken as he is, you will be shot down.

I'm glad to see that you and your friends play MK, but what do you have to prove? I play the game with my friends as well, and they are Noob while I am Mileena. I beat them, because I am better than them. Maybe you are just better than your friends? Just maybe?

Its ok. I know i will probably be shot down, but i just wanted to get my oppinion out, but my freinds and I are on an equal level, we usually have matches where we are both almost dead.But maybe I am better then them because Ive been playing longer.

You can't base this off of the computer. CPU Noob is actually one of the easiest characters because you can simply make him hit you with his disabler cloud twice so it backfires and then you can unload on him.

Noobs disabler comes out very fast and has little recovery time. Often you can block a jump kick after firing it. And it doesn't only allow one free hit or combo like Scorpion's spear or Sub-Zero's freeze, it allows many free hits over the several seconds it lasts. You can simply do three hits of his dial-a-combo over and over again and they can't block it. They can jump away but then you do his teleport slam and set them up for some lethal juggles.

Did you read my second post? I had my freinds play as him, and i dont get just one hit on him, i can get lots of combos in.

You should not judge about Character powers only by playing 2-3 people, there are many different levels in gameplay people have, and different gameplay styles.
You say you dont let you hit against your friends with noob, that doesnt mean he isnt super powerfull, but only that your friend play predictable.
You should know that there are some hardcore players how are not predictable, how are fast, agressive, they dont let you play your style sometimes, they play different than your friends, better, faster, stronger, and much more unpredictable, they will not fire the disabler when you think they would, they chipdamage you until you get offensive and than catch you.

I hope you understand what I mean, if you get 1 disabler hit against a good noob player (lol good noob player =) ) your dead, an you cant just hold back and wait, they dont will shot it preditable, they will shot when you try to rush them or jump backward ect. And even if you dont get hit by his disabler doesnt mean he is easy to beat, a good Kabal player for example doesnt use the spin much, only when its nearly save, they kill you with chip damage and pressure play and if you make a mistake or have bad timing they catch you.

I am not saying that you or your friend are bad, but I am pretty sure you dont have that big expierience in playing different people with different styles and levels that you can say Noob isnt that powerfull, that doesnt mean Noob is not beatable, but he is extremely dangerous and hard to beat against a good player.

MKT Noob Saibot is horribly broken.

The bosses are broken too, but not in the same way. They don't play like the rest of the cast so they can't be compared.

Noob's disabler = Damage. Get it and you give damage, and potentially a lot of it.

Noob's disabler is also safe. It comes out with almost no start time and as long as you don't use it stupidly you won't get punished.

The move has basically no startup time, it moves fast, its very safe, and you can easily kill an opponent by getting two disablers since long damage combos are so easy. A simple disabler, teleportslam, aa.hp, clone, aa.hphp, jump kick does more than 50% I believe. And if you are near the corner you can get another disabler after it.
