I'm just wondering how many people like Johnny Cage the most, as in he is your favorite character, or like top 3. And if you don't like him, why not?

Well he is not my fav. Coz he is FAKE! :)
I dont like his moves ...and the comp. useing him too sharp. Im not good with him. But Im respecting your choice. My fav. is Sub-Zero and KITANA!

He is my second fave character! Sonya goes first. Cage is very cool, great moves, great fatalities, great styles. Hes exelent. +, he is a Mk original.

I agree, Cage needs depth. But he still has always been my favorite character, and I would say he was the first I mastered in MKDA. His weapon is killer, and is a sure thing to beat Moloch senseless. But come on! Give him a role in the storyline, he would be even better if he had that.

i don't like johhny cage at all. he's so plain and boring. he's standing next to spectres, sorceres, oni, reptiles, kung fu masters, and gods... and he's a guy with sunglasses and no shirt who keeps dying and coming back to life. his fatalities are all the same and the head uppercut thing is not only lame, it's done by other chacters too! johhnt cage is a douch. pardon my french.

First Cage has died once and second Liu Kang is only a human, so is Sonya, Jax, Kabal, Stryker, Nightwolf, Kano and the list goes on so saying he is nothing compared to "spectres and sorcerors" is saying that everyone up there is crappy too.

sure took them awhile to kill liu kang

and nightwolf and stryker(both great fighters but horrible characters) were human and did quite well

Cage needs to break away from his movie star life

i say, have his eyes be white, thats why he wears the glasses, he is ashamed, then it gets revealed that he is dead, people run away scared, he is a washed up hollywood guy

Johnny Cage is Underated, Cage is a PRO players char. mk 2 was his best part. in mk 2 i can do a 5 hit combo with him, u have to be pretty good to do it. the fact of the matter is Ur either really good with him or u dont know how to play him, people that hate him cant play him the people that love him, its a GREAT THRILL to be challenged by others who think this char. sucks. hes my second best char. in mk 2 ofcourse. he's a timming char. mk2=chess

In MKDA, Johnny Cage is my second favourite character. His fighting styles are easily mastered and they're pretty powerful. He has that personality, and the shadow kick is just plain cool.
Though yes, depth is an issue.

I don't like Johnny that much but I admit he's fun to fight with on MKDA. He just seems cheezy to me, especialy now. (MKDA)

I admit that Cage is ok but not my favorite. Once and awhile hes fun to play with(I play with him only in MKDA and MK1). I think his storyline totally sucks though, it really ruins the character.

Cage is probably my least favorite character. He has no depth, he's a prettyboy, he's arrogant (see mk4 ending), and I don't think he fits the game. Plus, as he's an actor and a prettyboy, and as such he represents society's superficiality. Besides, one thing that pisses me off about actors: why the fuck do they make millions of dollars, when war veterans are starving and sleeping in gutters? I mean, sure, actors in movies take us on a vacation from reality, but how many have taken a bullet for your freedom?

Cage is my favorite charecter by far, and thats all there is to it, but the guy needs way more depth in his story, its just to weak.

I never really liked him until MK4, now I like to play has hm a lot, but in MK2 he is incredibly hard. I mean to me other then Kintaro and Mileena he was the hardest in that version of MK. He is pretty cool though. I dont like most of the fighters though from America, dont know why, just dont like there storylines I guess.

Johnny was my favorite in 2 first MK's, and unfortunately he's never been as cool as he was back then. He's still definitely one of my overall favorite characters, though. (Along with Kung Lao, Sonya, Scorpion and Sub-Zero)

Cage is my all time favorite MK character. No matter which MK game I am playing, I am the best with him. Personally, I think that he is the best fighter in MKDA. His nunchaku is almost unbeatable.

the only reason i like cage in mk:da is cause he's the only one i can beat moloch with just keep beatin him with the nunchucks glasses
