In Mavado's second style (Long Fist?), if you hold back and press the special move button (the one that's used for throwing or "Escaping" in his style), he side-steps and punches! Is this old? I only found this out a few weeks ago...

well, i dont think he punches, but i do know he throws one of those idiotic grappling hooks and flings to the side, but i dont think he punches, i know its a special move, but i dont remember what the combo is for it, i think, something like down, up, 2, but im not sure, but its not needed in a certain style.

also his styles go as long fist 1, wing chun 2, hookswords 3.
Mavado's side step punch is in his Wing Chun style.

Long fist==================================
Side step uppercut = Shove =
Win Chun====================================
Side step back fist =
These are all basic moves so yes they are old.

ya, it's old. fun for juggles. haven't played DA in like five months so I forget if it has BDc atached to it or not. though, any attack that has SS properties is aight' in my book.

If im not mistaken you could cancel from that into hooks and move around with SSc and mix it up with 3 or a canned combo. Though, agian, i forget how practical it would be in an actual match situation, seeing as how i forget it's recovery, etc.
