MK2 secrets

Ermac is true. It's not another character it's just a glitch that turned scorpion red and said error macro. It was no big deal. just meant a glitch. Usually when that happened the machine turned off.

Whoever believes that there is nothing left to discover in Mortal Kombat 2 could be right, until now that is. I was reading the forums of MK2 secrets and I just felt interested to try to find anything new (which I thought was impossible), but I actually found something very weird. I played MK2 for GENS for hours (couldn't do anything else). I was playing with Kung Lao for a while and I did his Hat Throw move and it chopped of the opponents head off in the first round of the fight. I thought it was a glitch, so I tried it again and it work. In order to do this you have to have the 1 Hit Kills Player 2 on as well as the Ooh Nasty! Then play as Kung Lao and get more than 50 wins in a row. Once you do that when you hear and see FIGHT!, you immediatly do the hat throw without wasting one second on the clock. You'll be able to decapitate your opponent in the first round. I did this in my computer, but I am gonna try this on my Genesis. So if I can find something new about MK2, then there's really more to discover. I wonder what's left to figure out. . .

Listen, There was no Ermac in MK1. There was no glitch with a red Scorpion. It is all lies and rumours. Some of the people who posted here about the rumour probably know it is a load of bullshit.
As said before, ermac means 'error macro' or alternatively 'error machine'. It didn't appear on screen in any way. If the machine crashed (which is highly likely in a game made by Midway) it would be recorded on the admin screen. some trailer trash though that it was a character because it was in a list that looked similar to the counters for the amount of times a character was picked.
I don't care if Ed Boon said today that it is 100% true that Smoke was in 1 and had 9 fatalities. He is just trying to make the games seem more interesting thant hey were.
I heard an interview with a famous (apparently he was famous, I had never heard of him) video game journalist. He was saying how when MK2 was shown to the public for the first time, Ed Boon and John Tobias were telling everyone how there was stuff in the game that wouldn't be found for years. But 2 weeks later, everything had been unlocked and the pair of them were pissed off about it.
That interview was at:

It is the latest radio show available for download. 10-06-03 is the date. It is in the section where 3 people are talking at some trade show or something. Just listen to the whole thing, it's all interesting. I don't work for them by the way =D

I don't work for 'em either, and I was among the most pissed off "fans" in this site about what they pulled with MK:DA, but personally, I'm sticking to my story no matter what anybody thinks of me
