Great list man. I wish they would make it easier to play as Kintaro and Noob.

You came up with some good ideas. I think if they rerelease MKII thay should at least make the graphics more crispt and tweek the sound and music. I've notice when arcade games are made for home consoles they tend to give them extras. Not bad at all though.

I think what should be included in the game is hints/tips to every secret about the game... I think it would be interesting to see if we missed anything over the last 11 years.

^^ We did. Ed Boon said there are things we still don't know about MK 2.
Ed Boon say,s much when the day is long...

I think he doesnt know MK2/UMK3 so well then most hardcore gamers know.
I actually think he doesnt know what kind of combos are possible in UMK3, and what kind of glitch,s can be produced in MK2.

So why should I believe him?
MK 2 is over 10 years old and if someone finds a true "Secret" in this game that isnt already out Il give him 100.000 Dollars and become his slave.

I think they have the power to make the graphics and color more vibrant than they were back in 93 and should for the treasures version. Also, I think adding some plyable hidden characters with some new fatalities - maybe some they were thinking about adding and add them would be cool.

When you upper-cut a head to rip it off in MK, it goes really high into the air, almost reaching ceiling, when you do the same in MK2, it barely gets away from the neck.....that fatility looks much more powerful and arsekicking as it was originally conceived in the first MK. The way standard beheading happens in MK2 is ok for Kitana, Baraka and Kung Lao cos these fatalities are done applying "horizontal" force, Johnny Cage's is done "vertically", hence the head should get much higher.

thats because in MK1 the decapitation animation was left in when it was originally intended for Shang Tsung's fatality. That's why Tsung has the sword.

Sorry mate but what you said has nothing to do with what you quoted.

Indeed, Shang Tsung never got his sword fatality for any of the official MK releases, but that doesn't relate to the fact that heads go higher in the air as removed from the body (johnny cage fatality) in comparison with the same fatality by the same character in MK2, that's the pure taste of the programmers. In case Shang Tsung from MK could do his sword fatality, the head should fall from the neck as it was executed by Baraka, Kitana or Kung Lao, unless of course, he was given a weird sword-uppercut beheading hability.

I dont like how in UMK or MKT were you cut off the head "IE" Uppercutt the head what ever" off, The body stands up and does not fall down. They got it right in MK 1 and MK 2.

But in UMK the body just stands up. I could not take that.

And what would us playsation people be doing than if all the classics are on line for XboX. MMM seems a bit unfair. I dont think it would happen to play the old games on line.

I have 1 2 and 3 on ps2 and I dont think it can be played on line.

I hardly like any of the changes you gots brought up.. I like the game the way it was. You guys may be from the MK3-MKT era or so. But I was from the MK1-MK2 era, lol. I would hate to see any changes to both MK1 or MK2. They are perfect the way they are.

And I loth the ideal of being bosses. When MK3 came out and there was a code to be Khan and Motoro, I was anger about it. Not having the power to be a boss, holds some meaning to the boss. IMO.

Same goes for Street Fighter when they sold out and you can play Bison, Vega, Saget and co(Dont care for Balrol since he is weak.)

But not playing a boss should mean something in a fighting game. MKT is a game I hate because you can be Kintaro(Who I loved) Goro(Close number 2) Khan and Motoro. They lose something if you can be a boss.
