Where is the download for this, I saw something about 133 megs, I can only hope it has all direct rips for characters and what not. There is a download on their page that does work. I've been looking for a complete MUGEN MK to mess around with and adapt everyone to UMK3 style for sometime.

mugen sucks because the ppl who made it where jerks.

they made it so it disables after a few months and some other gay crap, plus it dont work on xp without a patch, and if you use the path u cant have any fighters other than the one that is included.

also, it is no longer supported.

Wah wah. Downgrade to 98, that's what I did. And just keep the Mugen installation file so you can reinstall it.

Yeah, well, the MK characters I downloaded are so and so. But the King of Fighters characters are better. I mean, Krizalid beat Ermac in a 2-on-2 match.

It all depends on the preprogrammed AI.

Anyways, whenever someone can find this MK Mugen game's working link, post it here, I want to check it out. I have Windows 98 on another computer and just network if I wanna play MUGEN/edit.

Well, all I did was download the main Mugen engine. You know, just the basic thing that only has Kung Fu Man as the only selectable fighter. Then I searched the web and downloaded MK fighters and stages. I don't think there's an actual MK Mugen project that you can download yet.

We forum members should make one though.

Yeah I seriously want to make a huge MKT for MUGEN, and edit all the characters from the older games to make them play that style, I think that would be hot. The problem is making sure the characters retain the properties and what not from UMK3, which is why I was wondering if anyone remade it, because there are characters from other games that play exactly like they do from their respective games. I saw on that spanish site something about a 133 meg download, I assume it's a full game.

Translated:

To me that sounds like full quality rips. If it is, then I could go ahead and try the adaptation process.

Please do. But I was hoping making a new style MK. Why remake Mortal Kombat Trilogy if there already is a Mortal Kombat Trilogy? We've got some talented background designers in the fan art section as well as sprite artists. I was thinking we should add some new stages, maybe new charecters. I'd like to rip the sprites from MK:SZM and add charecters from that as fighters.

I crave a new 2D MK. But I want something that "feels" different than MK3, UMK3, or MKT.

well, if I could have my hand in redefining that, I would enjoy making something new.

I DLed the 133 meg game. It's neat, but doesn't feel like MK, there is some input mess ups, like back and block button both being there for block. The moves are weird, jumps look fake, they didn't get the properties right on a lot of things and it's obvious they were going for just that. These rips look great for the most part, definitely something work working on. There's just a lot of crap in it lol.

download edonkey and search for "sangriento" which means bloody in Spanish, it's a 133 meg rar file, took a few hours to get cause edonkey is slow. All the character rips are great, but I think a lot of modification is necessary. I don't know if all the MK3 characters have all their animation because they don't seem to have any autocombos and I haven't looked through their animation one by one yet in the MUGEN character editor. I would just want to make to the best of my ability, a recreation of MKT with all the characaters from every classic MK, even MK4 if I could find good rips, then apply all the stages, sounds, voices and musics from every game. DreemerNJ and I know the properties well enough to do this to the point of making a game that would play just like UMK3, it's just doing it that is the problem. lol

u can dl motaro subzero3 and motaro sangriento here, also the ai of these chars is good, especially the one for the motaros

I went here, and I downloaded "MK: DOA" - It only lets me play as Frost. I tried downloading other characters, but I can't seem to get anyone other than Frost.

Any one else try this?

Go here, this is the largest mugen site I have ever seen. There is a ton of stuff on that site.

i finally managed to download it using edonkey. The character rips are really good and there all from arcade which is really nice. Too bad the whole thing wasn't up to the same standards.
It'd be really great to have a complete MKT using mugen. You just need a bit of time and patience. I started making MK3 Sonya but gave up when i got stuck But i did make the warrior shrine which turned out very nice
