What are your most icredible arcade experiences? Mine would have to be an incident that happened about a year ago. My local arcade had just received MK 2 for the first time. Being a small town arcade, big games didn't come by too often. Anyway, I was on my way to play when I spotted a large group of people with picket signs. Turns out some kid supposedly got nightmares from playing MK 2 the previous day. As I walked into the arcade, one of the people asked what I was going to play. I asked why he wanted to know, and he said he was just curious, so I told him MK 2. He then told me to stop filling my head with that garbage, and I told him to get a life. So I found the machine and started kicking ass. I had just gotten to the stage before the ? and I heard someone say "That's the guy." The next thing I know, the guy that approached me before was behind me, and one of his friends had PULLED THE PLUG ON THE GAME!!! I was pissed, and got in both of their faces and started verbally ripping these two new assholes. The arcade clerk on duty heard me(How couldn't he) and walked up and asked what was going on, and I told him that these two pricks pulled the plug on the machine while I was playing. Well, the guy called mall security, and told the whole group that he would not tolerate them fucking with his patrons. Well, mall security threw the whole group out of the mall, and I was finally able to resume my session of Mortal Kombat.




As for the games themselves, my proudest moment would be ending the winning streak of a cocky player who claimed he would kick my ass in ten seconds in MK 2.
