ray, lets remember how i was treated on this board. thats y i started talking to most of the people here like this. i posted the results and said good games to everyone but all i heard was how i lost so what did u expext me to say. ray, obviously u see that in person i m very easy to get along with and i would love to be on the MK team but even if i were to say that i took these comments the wrong way then i really dont know any other way to take what was said. please understand where i'm coming from. if u dont see where i am coming from then read the fist this thing that was said about me. "Who cares about that? DA is the game now (with a small/no community)... 6 will be next year (whenever it may come out)... and MKL is NOT the best at DA! If you wanna go just by the tourney results, you can say he is, but there was more to it than just that (like he didn't mention I raped his Scorpion with my Reptile at least 6 times in a row!)." this is what i get after winning the tourney. and thats how this started. i am constantly hearing how i am not that good and i got tired of it. so i am sorry ray for my comments but see where i am coming from ray, please. after talking to jay i have come to understand taht he wasnt trying to say anything bad by saying this but obviously u can see y i would take this the wrong way.

Haven't posted in a long while, I know. I was curious to read this topic as April will be seeing a second European MKDA tourney.

All in all, even though I haven't seen footage of your matches, I really don't think there's much of a skill difference between the best American and best European players. Don't overrate yourself, friends ;). Anyway, we'll see what happens when MK6 comes out (I hope PAL and NTSC versions will be able to compete against each other).

I have seen low tier characters beating top tiers, simply because the top tier players weren't prepared for their opponents. It's fun to see a Hsu Hao go down against Kitana, I can assure you ;). True champions are aware of all strategies with all characters. My youngest brother is a very good Cyrax player. Although he keeps losing most of the time, he would most definitely take good players by surprise a few times and snatch away the victory. The tier list is very important, but so are experience, skill and knowledge of the game.

Anyway, I hope there'll be footage available of all these matches. I hope some will be made at the April tourney.

MRS/NEO, how did the casual play go the other night. So far all we have heard was "GGs last night". How good were they? Did Neo give you (MRS)a reason to believe he's the best, or is this matter still unresolved? Did you guys cap any of the matches? That is why I play random. I do not play by tiers. To be 100% honest, I had never even heard that term until I came here and heard everyone bitching who it's easier to win with!

Lets take a look at some things here. im not so sure why it is so hard to believe that Bill just MIGHT be the best MKDA player out there. I mean he pretty much crushes everybody he plays. I know a lot of people are reluctant to give him his props because it seems that he has a super gigantic ego, but if you KNOW you are the best at something and people continue to tell you that you arent, you might get annoyed and defend yourself. It might seem to others that he is self righteous, but he is just defending his status. He doesnt act this way about other fighters, just MK5 because he KNOWS he is number 1 and i agree with him. Hell, I was the same way at the game I excelled at.

The bottom line is there really hasnt been anybody to go out and prove themself as the best accept for Bill, so unless somebody can come and beat Bill down, there is no other option but to consider him number 1.

i mainly went random at NEC but i hear that i wasnt convincing enough then i actually pick my character AND U WERE PLAYING REPTILE SO ITS NOT LIKE U WERE PLAYING LOW TIER VS ME and brc raped him. then after about 7 straight u said "please stop picking him" so then i picked sonya BUT U STILL PICKED REPTILE!! so dont give me no shit about picking the character thats easiest for me to win with cuz i still raped your reptile with sonya and when u pick reptile U R PICKING THE CHARACTER THATS EASIEST FOR U TO WIN WITH!!

i first came on here and would just post small strats for sonya cuz thats who i first started with but when i began to get better and realize just how broke the game was i began to post stuff as i discovered it i.e infinits, scorpion cheese, etc but because people didnt like hearing that their fav character wasnt broke the flaming started. versatile started this huge flame war with me telling me that i was an idiot for saying things like mavado cant beat brc or when i told him that sub gets raped by fast jabs and anyone in the top 10. after versatile started the falming then so many othes joined in saying that i wasnt respecting anyones opinion and that i dont listen etc...but the things i was talking about werent a matter of opinion, they were facts. i was just trying to show people about certain matchups and strats to raise the overall level of gameplay out there. then i made i thread called "MKL teaches MKDA" and it was fine untill i made a tier list then more flaming happend. stuff like "anyone character can beat any character" and all the quan chin, kitana, cyrax, etc fan boys started flaming me then eventually everyone chimed in. then when i defend myself people tell me i am an ass. then i win several tourneys and i hear that it doint prove shit. then at nec4 i win that tourney and i hear i still am not the best. in casual games i lost A FEW games and i used random most of the time and i hear i am not that good even though i won WAY more. then i rape "someone" on chi and i hear that "they werent playing good" and "u were using the character easiest for u to win" basically EXCUSES and that i am not the best still. maybe after all this shit people can see y i am so quick to get mad on here. ITS CUZ I AM TIRED OF THIS SHIT!! no matter what strats i post or what tiers i give advice on or what tourneys i win or who i beat there is always an EXCUSE or someone hating on me. this is y i come off like an ass to some people and that is my mk5.org history........in short, just read the post by robojop. that says it all.

I can understand how you needed to prove yourself by coming to Chicago after MRS said he beat you down, but other things just need to stop man.

Sub sucks..ok I get it now, but there is no need to hold grudges against me or other people just because we were wrong about things..you were wrong about things in DA as well.

THe thing I notcied with you is that you never respond to positive things. I always post about stuff like this and you never seem to reply, but if were to say something like..Sub-Zero is the top character and you're stupid..you'd be quick to reply flaming the crap out of me. Maybe it's just me.
