It doesn't necessarily have to be on Earth in another Dimension, just look at Ninja Turtles and Dimension X, similar concept, Krang was leading an invasion of his armies into the Earthworld from Dimension X.

Outwolrd is anything that is out of this planet (earth). So pluto is outworld. Heck even mars is outworld.

I'll take that as canon. Bottom line, Outworld is out there. It's like another planet, and it is out there, but it can't be reached through space travel no matter how advanced. It's just....there. MK is a fantasy world, not everything has to be explained.

Well, the only way to reach Outworld or other worlds for that matter is to go through portals. The thing is, it can't really be explained. It's just....there. But what I can tell you is that it's alot like Earth, only more depressing. Eh, it's hard to explain. All I can say is what I've been saying over and over: Outworld is right there and the only way to get there is by going through portals, no rocket ships or whatever. Outworld is alot like Earth. It's a planet/world/dimension/etc. It's a planet/world/dimension/etc. that has the evil capability to swallow other worlds/planets/dimensions/etc. and make them one of their own to make themselves bigger.

Psychofight, very good explanation, you pretty much defined alternate dimension with the portal usage, as everyone knows portals play a huge part in sci-fi and good an evil struggles, hence the portals the Shredder would use constantly in TMNT.
