where can i Download MAME Latest Version

if there was a way to run mame off of our video card then i know for sure i wont have any hiccups. i wish the people who made it wouldve configured it so we could at least have the option of running it with or without a video card considering alot of people who have mame does have a good enough card (i know i do..... ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB)
