Ultimate Mortal Kombat for DS Logos And Box Art

We've gone ahead and acquired the box art from Midway's upcoming Ultimate Mortal Kombat, the UMK3 port for the Nintendo DS which will also include bonuses such as wireless online play and Puzzle Kombat. Longtime fans will notice that even though the colors somewhat resemble MKDA, the skull pattern in the background is a nod to the original UMK3 artwork. Check it out:

Don't worry man, it won't be lol Boon and I'm sure most of the real MK team had nothing to do with the MKA game.. lol I know boon for sure had nothing to do with it and he even admitted it stunk in the IGN interview.

You know,all that needed for mkadvance to be better was the controls.Sound was great,graphics for the GBA were pretty up there.But the controls were -9out of 10.

But I think this game will still only get a 6/10 over at gamespot.com.
Theres no real video of this game,you only see the geneis/snes verison of it on the wannabe DS screen.I am gonna get another DS for this but only after it comes out.Also,I'd like to see MK4 sometime somewhere somehow.

They would need to completely redo the gameplay of MK Advance for it to be acceptable. The controls sucked but so did everything that happened in the actual game as well.

THanks for the news. Overall i'm not relly impressed. Yeah sure UMK3 was a decent game but it also came with the collectors edition of MKA which i have. And the puzzle fighter is in deception which i have. I hope there is something extra special for UMK cause i just got a DS recently.
