Yes, I assume everyone realizes that I was making a joke by leaving off MK6 and asking "any others I'm not thinking of?" It appears that you got it, but I'm just making sure.

Obviously, MK6 would be my most anticipated fighting game, but the big runner-up for me has to be SC2. The Spawn screens alone are cause for excitement --href=http://www.soulcalibur2.com/sc2_xbox.html

I will without a doubt buy the long-awaited Soul Calibur 2 for my good ol' PS2, MK6 is also a sure buy from my part. I think the closest-game to hit the stores in terms of good fighting games is Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution. Although it will be an upgrade of VF4 and not a brand-new VF, I'm sure it will still be good to play.

MK is the only fighting series that holds my interest. And Killer Instinct.

Quan-Chili, I'm the same way. I've played other fighting games, but the only series I've really ever liked was the MK series. I think it has to do with the fact that Mk is gorier, and had/has the chinese mythological feel that makes you feel like you are in a make-believe world as opposed to street fighting in an alley, etc. I never got into Rage either because I thought it was corny.
