We have a past here with this shit. Mileena's fatal in MKII is: hold/charge or tap HK, for !1! frame, release. If another move is done with HK and can come out, the fatality gets cancelled because of priority setting. It's the truth.

I remember shock saying bla bla, what a lengthy post to explain Mileena's fatal.. Well if people saying it isn't true (OR SUDDENLY DON'T CARE FOR MK DETAILS), or don't understand.. I'll just defend myself and try harder to explain, as it's the truth. I don't have a problem with shock. shock has a problem with MKII apparently.
