mine is chameleon because i like all the ninjas and lin kuei, but reptile is my favorite and chameleon is just cool. wats yo opinion.

Of all of the hidden characters, I would have to say Smoke, or Noob Saibot from MK II.

Definetly Shao Khan, Motaru, Ermac, Original Subzero, Smoke and Mileena from UMK3 because they were actually playable hidden characters.

BTW, I hate unplayable hidden characters, its just a tease. furious

I think Khameleon is the best of all the hidden characters who never went un-hidden, except maybe human smoke.

none. Either they were uninspired male/female ninjas or horrid half-jokes like Meat. But if I had to choose between them, I would say Blaze is the most original of them all (save the Cinder ripoff).

Smoke from MK2 was the cheapest ninja in MK2. He had lightning speed and threw you everywhere.

Robot Smoke from MK3. One of the few MK hidden characters to really feel like an actual full fledged character and not something they threw together in 20 minutes. He had a full set of moves, fatalities, an interesting story and once unlocked actually became a regular part of the cast. Off the top of my head I don't think he had a single frame of animation that wasn't recycled from the other robots, but they did a good job of hiding it.

Actually his Fatality when he drops the bomb in the loser's mouth is a new one.

right, the mechanical arm is new and so are the horn and bull but those were all done with computer animation. What I mean is all the actual digitized footage of Sal Divita was just recycled from Cyrax and Sektor.
