I think after spending so much time as a spectre in the Netherrealm, Scorpion should adapt a new more demonic form.

I was thinking he is topless with a heavily scarred upper body (6 pack and pecs all over). He has some chains wrapped around his chest as well. He wears his signature black pants of course with yellow padding below the knee as usual. No mask, he has a burning skull for a face of course.

I think that the story of Scorp wearing yellow to mock the Lin kuei was retconned( Retro contradicted) It is the same for Kano, who was first Japanese, but was retconned to be Australian after the first MK movie.

When the first mk was released it said that scorp was killed by sub zero and his demons allowed him to become a specter and get revenge on him for killing him and his family. It said that he wore the yellow suit to mock the lin kuei. He was only supposed to beat sub zero, but he eventually ended up killing him and he was then cursed to live in the netherealm never to remember his family. It is in MKM that we found out that he wore the yellow before he was killed. So that presumes that the suit was his traditional garb. I guess it could be assumed that his clan wore it as a symbol to mock them, but its not known for sure. The only time quan chi promised him life was in mk4. He didn't have anything to do with his initial resurrection.

As for reptile being reptilian, thats the way he always was. There wasn't any curse put on his race. Thats the way they have always been. He is, currently, the last survivor of his kind. The chameleon characters aren't officialy know a canon.

Kano was originally abandoned in japan by an american woman. He was never japanese at all. I don't think its yet known that he has an australian accent since he was abandoned by an american. I really think they shouldn't take stuff from the movies unless its really good. The accent isn't one of those.

Dude Retile does have a curse on him..He was forced to be Shoa Kanh's obediant slave.And I did'nt say that...Oh nevermind..In MK4 Scorpions ending says that Shinnok told him of his families past and was about to send Scorpion to the netherealm,but before he went he took Shinnok with him.Oh and Sub-Zero never killed Scorpion he only sent him back to the Netherealm.He was dead long before that, because in Mythologies his eyes are still no pupils which means he is already dead!

thanks for clearing that up. I dont really want to change him eithe rbut i wouldnt get pissed off if they decided too. Ive never been too dissapointed by these guys before.

Dude it would'nt be Scorpion/Ruler of the Netherealm if he did'nt have a flaming skull and a gold suit on.His looks sorta of change, but basically they look the same from MK:DA!
