A Theory about the Dead Warriors/Unconcious Warriors in the Intro ***SPOILERS***

Well, as you know, some of the Earth Warriors were defeated and you can see them lying on the steps to Shang Tsung's palace. Raiden is fighting the Deadly Alliance. He is defeated. Quan Chi beats Shang Tsung. DK comes. All 3 trying to stop. Raiden charges up his blast. Now this is where the theory comes in. When Raiden fires the blast, Shang Tsung's palace is destroyed. Now we have the Earth Warriors on the steps...and since the palace blew up, wouldnt peices of the palace fall on the warriors, killing them? (If they weren't already dead)

I doubt it, since Kitana was apparently among the defeated fighters and we know she's alive. Some may have died, but I doubt all of them.

Well we don't know the destruction of the blast either. I think that Cage, Sonya, and Kung Lao died. We know that Jax returns, and that Kitana is captured.

Why does Cage die so freaking much? If he's that terrible of a fighter that he has gotten killed so many times, why keep bringing him back? It was funny at first, now it just makes him look pathetic.

Actually Johnny Cage has only died once. He died during Kahn's invasion, but because of the realm merger his soul returned to his body. After Kahn is defeated his soul is freed, until MK4 when Raiden brings him back. So I think that this will be Cage's final demise.

I love Johnny Cage. Not only is he the comic relief of the game, but he has kick ass moves and kick ass fighting styles and a pretty kick ass Fatality. I wish they would bring Johnny Cage back, but I guess he can sit a game out.

Johnny Cage is not dead, he's in the prison stage. Though I wish he was, he's slowly becoming MK's version of Kenny from South Park.

As much as I like Goro he should've stayed dead after MK1 and never returned, just like Kintaro. Keep the memories as they were.

I wonder what happened to Kano though. Hopefully he's dead too.

Then he died twice. Died once, got resurrected, died again once the whole "brouhaha" was done, then resurrected again (permanently this time).

I think midway said he died only because they fired the actor that played him. They said they planned on overwriting it but i haven't seen anything.
