i like this game still

Cool, and I fail to see how anyone doesn't it's fun gameplay wise, and the konnquest, even without free roam and MKD's sidequests, is still great with free roam battles, and hordes of enemies

Ive beaten konquest... I think about 17-25 times?LOL. I don't play it anymore though, i don't know where the hell my cords are for my xbox and my fucking xbox 360 got the 3 rings of death. I love this game though.

I've been playing for at least a month straight. Deception is good but since i got mku, there is no point of playing it on the PS2

this is the best mk game after deception in my opinion,but having special fatalies for each other would be cool.i hope ermac and rain will get more important on next ones

No, didn't like it to begin with, after beating konquest within a few days of owning it and beating the arcade mode a few times, think I threw it out or gave it away to someone

yeah first week it was out... played the hell out of it... then i didnt touch it for i forget how long. man this game does suck. i mean only reason i play it from time to time is if im like really bored... some times im just in the mood to play MK cuz i am a MK fanboy... but i gotta say MKA turned otu to be sooooo disappointing. Konquest sucks and i hate it cuz it ruins the story of the entire series. Motor Kombat is dumb. and the gameplay... for the main game... the actual fighting.... still inferior to the likes of Soul Calibur, Tekken, Dead or Alive, and Virtua Fighter. really.... only reason i ever play it once in a while really is cuz im a fanboy and i still have some fun at least when playing with all the different characters. but honestly.... and i truly mean this.... if i still had my MKDA (it was stolen) or even my MKSM (lent to friend, then he went to jail) id be playing them instead.... most the time i have my MKA disc in my PS2 though is to play UMK3 lol.

hmmmm.... i still got MKD at least so i guess i could play that from time to time instead of MKA... i think i even like it better.... wait... yeah MKD doesnt possibly ruin the entire series like MKA does... so im kool with it lol.

I got it out for a night from Blockbuster and beat Konquest, which was nice.
I bought it a couple of days ago, and yeah... I made a character and played some Motor Kombat... Kata endings and clunky gameplay aren't exactly enticing prospects.

I bought it because it's bottomed out at the lowest price it'll reach and I imagine one day I'll want to play through Konquest again, so I don't want to miss out. I knew what I was getting in to. Still, I'm kinda surprised how non-plussed I am. It's easily the game that's held my attention the least.

I'm trying to get online to see if that helps...

Well as long as I get known goons to come over and put up a decent bet, the game can never go wrong. Lots of characters to choose from and get a fight, best of three rounds, earns whatever is put up. Now if you bought this game, and all you did was play through story mode, create a dozen characters back to back, it's gonna get wack.

Play for bragging rights in a large group, or just for fun with somebody.

I don't like turnbased strategy games, though.
I get bored waiting my turn to kick/punch.

I skipped out on Deception and only got this about two weeks ago so I'm still greatly enjoying it. My big problem is that I have only one person to play against. Is this, Mortal Kombat Online, the "main" Mortal Kombat boards? I was hoping that it would have separate region threads a la Shoryuken or Smash World Forums.

Is there ever any competitive Mortal Kombat anywhere? I mean, it's not at EVO or anywhere else that I've heard of. A game is made or broken by its community. Why is Mortal Kombat (from what I'm seeing) lagging behind just about every other fighting game in terms of community?

I like this game, as I love all other MK titles. but here's some reasons why I rather Deception to it.

Sure thing, MKA has TONS of playable characters and customable one, but for what price ? all of our MK Deception combos are lost and we only got a Few moves per character.

Unlocking system - I rathered the MKD unlocking system, wich was truly connected to the konquest mode. Get the key, unlock the item or buy it with Different type of koins,

The Konquest mode was cooler in MKA then in deception tho, finally an 3D Action Adventure MK Game Mixed with fighting game.

unlockables - MK Deception's kontent was more exciting, all that's good in MKA are costumes and unlockable final boss, without forgetting koncept art.


Mini games : MK race game sure was fun, I laugh everytime I play it, the mini game was awesome, wait? Din't MK Deception have two? Chess and Puzzle, but I'm really satisfied with the Motor Kombat game. Awesome idea.

Gameplay : Most of the bugs we're fixed, THANK YOU! and they added the air kombat system, awesome! Feels like good old MK!`

Fatality : hm.. create your own fatality, how exciting! I really love this one! Good job midway!

To conclude this. MKA kinda reminds me old a good old SNES MK Game with TONS of characters this time, wich is why I Really enjoy it,

Mortal Kombat Armageddon is an awesome game, I bought it on Ps2, I bought it on wii, and I'm pretty Satisfied.

I love Armageddon.

Arcade: I like it, the tier gives me a feeling of MK III or something. Sure it gets annoying when Blaze cheats his ass off but it's still fun.

Konquest: It's okay, I get parts where I don't know what to do so I just stop and then do something else. It's still pretty fun to actually beat the shit out of people instead of one punch like in Deception.

Motor Kombat: I like it and I don't like it at the same time. I'm not into racing games but Motor Kombat is still enjoyable most of the time.

Krypt: The krypt isn't that great. It serves it's purpose but Deception had the best Krypt IMO.

Kreate A Fatality: Okay I must be the only person who likes this feature. I honestly like choosing how someone dies. Do I pull out their spine or knock their head off with their own arms? brilliant.

Kreate a character: I like the Kreate a Character in this game. Lot's of options for appearance and fighting/special moves.

Overall I give Armageddon an 8.5/10. I got the special edition so I also have Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 :D
