Second that, haha.
But seriously, I think if Midway were to use the talent pool that's in here in terms of (a) fighting game expertise, (b) writing skills and (c) creative design, they would be able to recruit cheap and productive labour force and the quality of their end product would increase.

As I am an art major. I could bring excellent character design and major originality into the MK franchise.

My obsession and others concern, the lack of bios. lol I think most of you guys could do a better job making a storyline, for those who care for that, than the Midway guys any way.

My questions:
What (the fuck) happened to KAK? What happened to it supposedly being on par with wrestling KAKs, having everyone's moves available, and being able to change the color of your projectiles?
Was Rain's story/ending modified from my idea of Rain being Raiden's half mortal/half god son? If so, thanks for using at least part of my idea.

Just a piece of advice, don't waste any questions on story besides "will you be releasing bios online, or in the wii version." because the only answer is going to be "Because we didn't have time, because we didn't have time, because we didn't have time". They're not going to give you 'why' specifics because they can't, and they're not going to give you any details because they don't have them.
My vote is for questions about wether some of the PS2 issues are going to be patched or addressed, wether the wii will have more custom options, and wether there is anything to the ? box.
Don't waste this one like every other one, with questions about Khameleon and Cyrax's net.

I'm bypassing that by asking directly if they want to hire me for free to set their story straight. Hard to refuse such an offer eh?

Why would you ask if PS2 issues will be addressed, they rarely make more than 1 version, and when they do they dont really fix mistakes unless if they are really big mistakes like the MK Gold mistakes.
I think asking about bios is a very good idea, if you let them know that the fans were disappointed about the storyline and the lack of bios they may consider doing bios or finding some way to get more parts of the story. I agree with you about Cyrax's net, this isnt MK Trilogy 2-- we shouldnt be expecting every special move ever in this game, thats just nuts.

Major props to the MKO team for again being able to arrange this event and giving fans the chance to really interact with the devs they love!
I just don't get one thing: From your evaluation of the previous fight nights it is pretty clear that the pre-submitted questions are of way higher quality than the live IRC submitted questions. You could almost say the live submitted questions are a lot of gibberish with very few good questions in between them (what do you expect with hundreds of chatters in the channel. The majority probably aren't even serious fans and just want to screw around).
Why not make most of the time (and give fans as much wanted answers as possible) by emphasizing on the better questions and choose more pre-submitted questions from the fans (instead of just 10-15)? We all know the live submission leads to a lot of waste of time (in searching for a good question in a long list, to bot-crashes to just a pile of crap-questions from flamers/jokers not worthy to ask) and inferior questions.
Also another point worth noting is to have a list of extra pre-submitted questions by hand in case the live questions aren't working out. With the last fight night things didn't go as planned and the MKO staff just had to make things up to ask wasting a lot of valuable time with the devs.

Asking the right specific questions will get their attention. They will not weasel their way out of that at all. Straight forward questions.

Well what's done is done, MKArmageddon is finished, despite its ups and downs of everyone's opinions.
I'd like to know what the MKTeam is currently working on right now. What will the next game be? another Shaolin Monks type adventure game or MK8 for next gen?

I can't seem to submit my questions. For some reason, I keep getting "Invalid Question". What's up with that?

Just ask if they could release bio's online, and tell them we want detailed bio's.

My question is regarding the difficulty of the implementation of Sonya’s Leg Grab, we haven’t seen her use this move in the last three Mortal Komabt games.
Did they have problems making it synchronise with the new fighting engine or were they ignorant to its importance and sentimental value to her character.

WE HAVE TO EAT ED BOON and THE TEAM alive for what they did to Mk with this new game.
There are plenty of MUST questions:
1) What the hell di dyou do to the beautiful storyline?
* No bios (idiots!).
* Stupid endings (idiots!).
* No closure (liers!).
2) What the hell happened to the classic special moves?
* No leg grab for Sonya? (what were you smoking! Its a must, how could you NOT give her this trademark move?, idiots)
* No nut punch for Cage? (read above)
* No hair for Sindel (I think you get the idea)
3) Create a fatality!? Fun or just lazy?
* LIERS! You promised unique fataliteis for everyone, you ruined the system in MKA, it sucks, its horrible.
And many more.
We have to eat them alive and force some real answeres.
So true.
The leg grab is an issue that MUST be addressed, one of the things most fans complained about since the GC news.

I don't think there's any excuse for the leg grab not being in. They could have easily made it her throw.

There was enough room on that disc to add a lot of stuff...Midway I salute you for half assing this game. lol "Oh we were rushed.", "We had to meet the deadline as promised for this game to debute.", you met the deadline all right, you surely rushed it...but didn't keep the promise of tieing you those loose ends story wise. The end is truly near. lol
to the people who will ask the questions:
if the bastards will try to go in to another direction with their anwsers to avoid the real answer to the question you asked please tell them
1)you didn't answer the question
2)that's an answer to another question

Hahaha. I just had to quote that, it's so true. Don't get your hopes up about this guys. If my memory serves me, for the MK:D Fight Night they basically laughed at us and didn't answer any questions cleary at all. I can see one of two things happening:
We all ask the questions that everyone wants to know, but the only ones that end up getting picked to ask them are ones like "what was it like making a new mortal kombat game, was it fun?" and "omg the effect for chameleon's clothes constantly changing colors is sooo coool, HOW DID U GUYZ DO DAT?????"
or, the questions we all want to know about get picked and get asked, and Boon and the MK team say either "psst.. hey Joe.. lets have some fun with these geeks and tell them what they wanna hear.. YEAH THERES ABOUT 50 MORE CHARACTERS TO UNLOCK IN THE ? BOX GUYS!!!!" or if they decide to be slightly dignified about it, it'll be "uhh.... well, that's just not something that we felt was right for this game... next question"

Yeah, when they try and tapdance around the question, press them for an answer. Not in a rude way but I mean, they're there to answer questions not dick around and pretty much blow off anything not related to fatalities or whatever stupid mini-games.
It's supposed to be an interview, more or less, so treat it as such.
