It is released 29 Oct in NZ according to Gamesman NZ, so it just has to be the same for OZ. If not I will just get it from there anyhow.

europe will not necessarily get it at the same time, pal regions are weird in that way. Just look at animal crossing, australia got that ages ago (now they say europe didnt get it at the same time because of language barriers, but it could have been shipped to the english speaking countries)

Hopefully there computers have a glitch or something! If its Oct 29 in NZ there's no reason it should be too different in Australia. Who the hell can wait till early next year!!

I really do feel for all of you who cannot get the game the same time as the US release. Really though it is quite redecilous they should have any restriction on where you live, reigon codes are just a pathetic joke.. If your paying $200+ for a freaking gaming console or DVD player you should be able to play any time of game reguardless of what reigon it was intended for. I know this is all to stop piracy... but these people need to chill out and stop raping consumers.

This seems really unclear I'm hearing many release dates, Oct, Nov, Jan. We usually get things at the same time or just before NZ. I'm happy with Nov. Jan is just rediculious.

I'll have to boycot this site once it is released in the US until the release in Australia. So I don't ruin everything. We will all come online after you guys are over the game and we'll seem like tossers.

Come on Midway please give us an official release date. Please make it the same as the Euro release date it's the same game.

We should either or both send e-mails to Midway stating our views and maybe even start a petition. I know they are anoying but they worked for MKD coming to Gamecube. Why shouldn't one work for MKD coming to Australia at a reasonable date. I'm looking for addresses right now.

Hopefully this is still just an early release date. Maybe they dont wanna take any chances right now and say itll come October, cause they would be in for a lot of trouble if they did say october and it came out much later. Saying January, December, whatever, I'm guessing is just to have a little bit of protection, as well as keep us Aussie/NZ MK freaks off their backs!!
