It depends on how the fight goes.If Frost can keep Baraka away from her and use her ice powers she'd win,But if Baraka got to her, poor Frost wouldn't stand a chance he would rip her apart. It's tough but I would put my money on Baraka.

Frost. She has potential and way too tricky for a straightforward fighter idiot
like Baraka. Better storyline, better looks, better moves, better combos, Je-
sus Christ, the only thing what Frost lacks is Barakas brutal raw strenght, but who needs that when finesse is primary.

you say that finesse is primary...but everytime i watch a boxer fighting against martial arts-guy..the boxer always wins..And in this case id compare baraka with a boxer and frost with a martial artist....the only thing what Frost lacks is Barakas brutal raw strenght, but who needs that when finesse is primary.

Oh my god, Baraka would friggin SLAUGHTER Frost! Wow... the responses to this one have frightened me that people think Frost would even get a hit in! Baraka is probably one of the deadliest fighters out there. Frost made it to 1 game and she got CREAMED! Fighting with her his like fighting with Calista Flockhart! LOL! She's not even a contender! She'd be Snapped... LIKE A TWIG!!
BARAKAAAA!!!
BARAKAAAA!!!

Frost. Her kori powers would destroy Baraka. She could just freeze him, and smash him to pieces with her daggers. Plus, shes much faster and wouldn't be easily caught by him.
You misunderstood me, I'm afraid, but I didn't made a point clear
I consider Frost and Baraka as idividuals in our world, since MK takes place in our present. Now, let me just say that in my opinion they are both very good martial artists and fighters, but there are some weaknesses.
For example. I dunno which hung gar style Baraka uses, but it is old. Hun Gar is considered one of the conservative styles that -as we all know from the example of Bruce Lee- in occasion loose effectivity. Silat is good, and very good (in life) but I think while it does fit Baraka, Hung Gar on the other hand doesn't.
Now, There is Frost: Tong Bei and Yuan Yang. Mandarin Fist is an extremely poweful hard-hit with speed style, composed of other agressive elements (agressive as in compared to other closely similar styles) and the other is a Fast dual Kick style.
People, Frost has styles that ephasize and focus more on raw strenght (spread from the limbs and hands) and speed than Baraka. On the other hand, the movements design and characteristics would not fit visually on other characters-simply, theese styles would look awful on a male fighter like Baraka.
The other important thing is, that a martial artist may beat a boxer. It is just a decision in battle. There is no difference, so either have a chance to beat the other. BTW Frosts and Sub-Zeros ending stated that she was quite helpful in fighting the DA (possibly the Lin kuei left the two sorcerors for the others having cleansed the route to them) and she took a shot for the opportunity to get the dragon medallion. So, kinda Frost CREAMED HERSELF. lol.

Oh come on... picture this:
Frost has the ability to freeze and finesse to boot so while she takes that extra second to get that freeze spell workin', Baraka, in one move, shoves his steel blade up through her chin and out the top of her head.
Done.
Baraka.

then picture this too: Frost is a Lin Kuei assassin, so she freezes Baraka with her innate ability to controll kori before he could ever think about being ambushed. MK is not a tournament anymore-sadly.
I understand your point, but Baraka ain't that awesome again. I just go on with Frost.

Kira. She is such a badass.I love her.She would tear Jax to shreds. Her styles rely on a balance of technique, speed, and power so she is an extremely efficient fighter. And what does Jax have?Muay Thai and Judo, both offensive and brutal but not as good as Xing Yi and Kenpo.Plus her weapon kicks Jax's weapons ass.
