again i hope he was just using flash and scorpion as an example. really the entire counter part idea is stupid and kind of limits what characters to have in the game.

Wow. I understand some of the matchups in the counter part list, but damn. Some of it just looks way off.

I totally agree it seems the counterpart idea is becoming a weird excuse for the game to be logical... What the hell...

I think Sub-zero is a better "match" for The Flash since his biggest(and best) villain is based on the ice gimmick.

I love the whole counterpart thing because it creates symmetry between the universes. I also have a strong feeling that the counterparts WILL play a role in the story mode.

I am interested to hear if I have the rest correct (I'm definitely close though). So I will continue to discuss this, if you're not interested in the counterparts than please refrain from posting in my thread. Thank you.
