He's not invincible if you catch him as Billy Batson and prevent him from saying Shazam!. If you do, he's toast. Currently, in the comics, the wizard is dead and Captain Marvel has an all white costume with gold lighting bolt. He must stay in the Rock of Eternity but can leave no longer than 24 hours at a time. He has exorbatant power since he also now has the wizard's power. He could fight Superman to a standstill and most likely beat him with his extra power, but DC would never let that happen because Supes is the poster boy.

If Captain Marvel is just as strong as Superman how are they going to "weaken" him like they did with Superman? How will they "weaken" Wonder Woman as well? Instead of "weakening" the most powerful superheroes/villians, they should have made the MK characters more powerful. Bring them up to par with the superheroes/villains. IMO it's easier for that to make sense than to have to "dumb down" others superpowers. Thoughts?

I'm excited about Captain Marvel. He's not my favorite DC character (Wonder Woman, Flash, Batman), but he is solid. He may be invulnerable to magic, but I'm sure there is a way to work around it.

As long as Wonder Woman and Green Lantern get in, it's all good with me.
