Wow, even better. Mine would have gone something like this:

When Scorpion awoke, he was amazed to see the body of Nitara, who had only come across before in passing.
Nitara wanted revenge on Shao Kahn for the merger of her realm and Outworld, but Kahn was dead, defeated by the deadly alliance, so she decided her revenge would be shifted to those two responsible. However, she knew she could not do this alone.
She made a deal with Scorpion, that if he helped her locate and track down the deadly alliance, she would promise him, Quan Chi.

I thought that would work because in both Nitara's and Scorpion's ending, I don't believe it says that the deadly alliance were defeated by them.

But then again, Shang and Quan as an alliance wouldn't probably be in the next game, but you never know.

But on your thought track, um.
How bout Sub Zero? Or, predictably Raiden? Hell, i'm not very good at finishing where people leave off lol!

The figure walked into the light, Scorpion was shocked to see the body of Raiden. Raiden looked like shit, he face was full of scars and his clothes were torn. "(cough, cough), so, you've returned, but how?" said Raiden
"I thought you would know" said Nitara.
"I know nothing of the Elders decisions anymore, since my departure, and my recent defeat by Shinnok.." said Raiden.
"SHINNOK?" said everyone
"I thought Quan chi defeated him" said Scorpion
"Fool, where do evil people go? THE NETHEREALm!, Since i was no longer an Elder, and the Elders themselves refused to assist me in the battle with Quan chi, Fujin, Sonya and Sub-zero ventured into the netherealm to attack Quan chi." said Raiden
"Why would Quan chi be back there? He has everything he wants on Earth and Outworld" said Scorpion
"oh my dear dark champion, you've been MIA for so long now, Quan chi ruled over Earth and Outworld for only a few days, his armies were drawn back by the reviced race of reptiles"......

Scorpion went to the nearest window to peak outside. To his horror, he saw Reptilian creatures attacking the vampire civilians, he saw onis trample the streets, he saw earthrealm warriors in chains He was more shocked to see the person that sat in the throne, it wasn't reptile,quan chi nor was it shinnok, it was that demonic spectre that is Sub-zero.

Um, I'll give it a stab.

Though Scorpion and Sub Zero have a very rocky past, he knew that he owed Sub Zero, due to his speculation about his family's death.
Filled with rage, Scorpion lunged out the window to help Sub Zero, and together they now strive to stop the new threat to all known realms.

i think you misunderstood what happened

sub-zero (older) came back from hell and is now ruling the vampire people and sending reptiles to kill them

Hmm, now would he help the sub, because technically they're even, Sub murderer him, Scorp murdered him back, or would he still be vengeful?

Uh, I'd say this:

Scorpion noticed the warrior not to be the younger Sub Zero, that he has now layed to rest his differences with, but rather, his murdered, the one who killed Scorpion, and forced the hell spawn curse on before Shang Tsung's tenth tournament (I think?).
I a heap of rage, Scorpion lept out, and began running toward his old nemesis, who back in the time was intrutcted by his family's murdered, Quan Chi.

"what was that for" yelled Scorpion
"you fool! sub-zero is part god! you are not ready to defeat him" replied Raiden
"what the hell happened to the world? all the worlds? cried Scorpion
"After Shao Kahn's defeat by the hands of the deadly alliance, all of outworld was in turmoil, Kitana took the whole realm as her own, she attempted to bring peace, but was overwhelmed by the realms evil. She is now kept in the heavens with the last of the good gods, her mind has grown corrupt, but hopefully, if she keeps her spirit, she will get through this. With the realm Outworld left without a leader, massacres came more often than ever, demonic race fought one another and all shokans were wiped out.(Raiden takes a deep breath) with Fujin being in charge of Earth, i took Outworld as my personal project, when I arrived there, i was shocked to see their new king" said Raiden
"Reptile?" asked Scorpion
"yes" replied Raiden, "he has binded with the Dragon king, and freed all the demons from the netherealm and is allied with all the monsters of Outworld, it took him a matter of days to take over realms that took Shao Kahn years, and worst of all, he has taken Earth!"

"Earth?, but how?" asked Scorpion
"As i said earlier, myself and selected warriors went to steal Quan chi's amulet, we knew it was our only hope in stopping this war, Quan chi, was also allied with Reptile and knew of our attack, and killed most of us, with me and the warriors outside of Earth, The dark armies were free to take what the wanted. That was when i took numbers of mortals and brought them to the nearesr realm, and we were lead here" said Raiden
"We agreed not to harm the humans, we are here to protect them, we are not evil, we only defend" said Nitara
"Then explain Sub-zero, why is he a god? a king?" said Scorpion
"With the Netherealm doors open, Sub-zero was free to leave, since he spent more of his unlife there, he grew more and more bitter, his hatred for you and all that stood in his way was the only thing that allowed him to stay himself. Once he stood upon Earth soil, he was mistaken for his brother and was attacked by 3 reptiles, he killed them all in a gorey explosion of fire and ice. Reptile appluaded Sub-zero's skills and asked him to join the Unholy Alliance, Sub-zero accepted, immeadiatly after, the essence of Shinnok wich was kept in an ancient staff used by Quan chi while in the Netherealm, ran through Sub-zero,, not altering his appearence or mind, but making him a god" said Raiden

Raiden coughs and sits down. Scorpion exits Nitars dwelling and walks outside. Firey stenches reminded Scorpion of the hell is grew so accustomed to....

Scorpion trugded through the waste of the battle, reptilian creatures swarming by him from time to time. Foreign substances clung to his boots as he contemplated Rayden's words. He didn't know it, but he was subconsciously heading in Sub-Zero's direction. Some unknown power drew him. But for Scorpion, nothing could disrupt the depth of his thoughts at the moment. To be a warrior on the side of good...what would it do to him, to change his goals so drastically? Would it really lead him to his family again? Would the honor of peace, and respect from his clan be his at last? These dreams had been so prolonged in being fulfilled. It seemed unreal that they would ever come true.

Scorpion stopped. He had bumped into something soft, warm, and humanoid. He lifted his eyes to see that he had bumped into Nitara.

"Have you made a decision yet?" she said, looking him in the eyes. Her expression was ambiguos, the black pools of her eyes told nothing of her intentions.

"I have not," Scorpion said finally. He stepped to her left, trying to continue his contemplative walk, but she blocked his path.

"I belive I can help you," she said. She walked closer to him. They were less than an inch from one another. She pressed her fingers on his eyelids, forcing them closed. Scorpion could see visions of his past, the good ones. Meeting his wife, holding his son for the first time. The days he truly missed, the reason that his soul continued to wander in endless agony and confusion.

Then he felt warm lips press against his. In his minds eyes it felt as though they were the warm, full lips of his wife, from the treasured days of long ago, but his conscience knew the truth. he opened his eyes abruptly and pushed Nitara to the ground.

"I-I'm sorry, I don't know what came over me!" she cried.

Scorpion walk away swiftly, not looking back. If she were trying to sway his decision, she was horrible at it. Now he doubted the side of good, and the rule of the Elder gods even more.

"Wait! Scorpion, I'm sorry!" she screamed. She was on her knees, her arms out stretched. Scorpion almost pitied her.

He now headed directly to Sub-Zero in his throne. He could think of no one less worthy of the position. Rayden knew nothing of how he felt, how much torture his wanderng soul had gone through every second, of every minute of his existence. He was going to t fix it all now. He knew the true path tht would lead him to peace...and Sub-Zero was the first obsticle upon it.

the wastelands that were his road were full of ice. Sub-zero's throne room was no different. At his side was the ice vixen known as frost, as his right hand man, he had the former cyborg sektor. in chains stood his brother, the hero, the traitor.
Scorpion killed whatever touched him on his way to the throne room. The walls reminded him of the shaolin temples, the last place he took a mortal breath, thoughts of his death fluched through his mind. He wasn't scared, in a way, he hoped for death, a final release, while the time in the heavens was painful, he found peace in it's purity, until he was torn away from that world, by who? for what? your guess is as good as his.
"Help me!, please help me" cried numerous humans,vampires, and other unknown species chained to the walls.
Scorpion stepped toward one of the demonic prisoners, scorpion put his hand to the man's neck, Scorpion felt the man's pusle dropping.
"I shall offer you all the help i can" Scorpion removed his masked and attempted to breathe fire. "what the..? Scorpion was unable to use his powers. "My powers, they're gone!"...

Loud footsteps were heard from the corridor. In walked Sub-zero, carrying the Dragon Amulet and Quan chi's amulet.
"hey, so, whats new!?! screamed Sub-zero
Scorpion sized up his opponent and tried to think of a way to attack. 4 reptillian creatures jumped from the ceilin and began to circle Scorpion. Sub-zero stood and watched the fight. Scorpion clentched his fist, took a deep breathe and lunged at the tallest reptile, the alpha reptile spit acid, but Scopion duck and it hit the neighboring reptile. Scorpion grabbed the alpha by the neck and luncged it at the others. Scorpion ran to the wall, where a sword was hanging, but he was attacked by a fifth reptile in his camoflauge state. Scorpion was pushed all the way into the center of the room. More and more reptiles surrounded him. Scorpion was a excellent fighter, but he couldn't defeat them all, especially since morekept coming, he fought with all his might, he killed several, but was unable to stop the swarming masses. Thoughts of his battle with Moloch and Drahmin flashed through his mind, of how he was over powered, and defeated. Just when it seemed that Scorpion was to receive his last blow, Raiden lunged his staff and implaled the alpha reptile.
"Raiden!!(cough cough)" said Scorpion
""take my hand Hanzo!" cried Raiden.
together the fought enough of the reptiles to escape the castle walls. Although they survived, Scorpion is forever reminded of his foolishness and failure, such acts years ago, would forfiet his membership in the shiri ryu.

Scorpion was tossed into Nitara's home. All the vampires crowded around to see him.
"what happened" asked Nitara
"this fool went to fight Sub-zero on his own" yelled Raiden
"Don't call him a fool" yelled Nitara " he is our only hope" she added

"Shut up the both of you, i feel bad enough, if you dont mind, i'd like to be shown my room, if we're gonna fight, i'll need rest" said Scorpion with a smile
"you mean.. you'll join us"? said Nitara
"Only if Raiden's offer still stands, does it"? asked Scorpion
Raiden looked directly at Scorpion and said "if you fight beside us, and assist us in returning inter-realm peace, i will do everything in my power or even the powers of others to fulfill your wished"
"Then it is done, we are a team" cheered Nitara
"phew, don't cheer yet, there's one problem, i dont have my powers!" said Scorpion as he walked to a nearby room.
Scorpion shut the door and went to sleep, leaving his tragic words with Raiden and Nitara.

"what do you mean he has no more powers" screamed Nitara
" i dont know" replied Raiden
"This is horrible" cried Nitara
"ofcourse, his powers are hell spawned, he was in the heavens" said Raiden
"so, he will never get them back? asked Nitara
"he should, since he was pullest back so abruptly, any longer and he would have returned to mortal form, or even worse he wouldn't have came back" said Raiden.

Sektor went towards Sub-zero2 and repeatialty hit him with a club.
"Fool, how dare you go against the Lin Kui!" said Sektro
Sub-zero walked towards Sektor and pushed hm to the floor.
"No one hurts my dear brother but me" said Sub-zero
"But master, you don't know of the pain he caused us" said Frost"
"I know all, i know how he betrayed clan order" Sub-zero kicked his brother in the stomach. " I know how he made an alliance with the demon that killed me" Sub-zero pounded his fist into his brother's back. "I know how he assisted the distruction of the Lin Kui" Sub-zero grabs a branding stick and pokes his brother. "And worst of all, he restores the Lin Kui, but makes it a force for good" Sub-zero grabs the chains and flings his brother around the room.

"You don't understand, Sektor, this isn't the Lin Kui, this has nothing to do with us, don't follow my brother, he has been taken in by evil!" screamed Sub-zero2
"I understand everything. You betrayed everyone you cared for. You betrayed your family, your friends, your child like actions cost Smoke his life. If not for you, he would be alive and fighting our sid" said Sektor

"Don't you dare day his name! you have no right!, he was a better man, a better man than any of you" said Sub-zero

"Enough talk, let's kill him" said Frost
"No!" said Sub-zero " I will not kill my own brother, I am not a monster"

Sektor drew out a large sword. "Then let me do it, i will take pleasure in killing him" he screamed

"NO!, no one kills him, torture him all you want, but never kill him" said Sub-zero

"Seems like you're getting a little soft, it's clan law to kill a traitor" said Frost
Sub-zero walked up to Frost and says "How dare you speak to me like that, who do you think you are, this man is my brother, i believe he will se the error of his ways and join us"

"You're a fool, he will betray us, he will kill us, he is a threat" pleaded Frost

Sub-zero grabbed hold of Frost neck. "Foolish queen, you should no better, don't speak so harshly to your king". Without hesitation he snapped Frost neck and left her body where it fell.
Sektor stood in shock.

"If you value your existence, you will do as I say, understood?" said Sub-zero

"Yes master. what do you wish?" asked Sektor
"Prepare the armies, it's time we take all of the Vampire realm!" said Sub-zero

"what about Scorpion?" asked Sektor
"what about him? he has no powers, and we have a larger army than just one man, hahahahahhahaha" said Sub-zero
the two laughed on and on.....
