All we know Is that he was supposedly Killed He could be alive but Injured or Handicapped What if he Raced around in a wheel chair weeee.

Hmm, about his story. Well, it'll obviously have to do with the Red Dragon and Mavado. I hope they explain what happened to him after Mavado beat him.

Maybe Kabal and the Special Forces will team up, who knows?

I would rather Kabal stay on his own. Too many Special Force members already.

Kabal could help out with the Special Forces, but he would not be all "tea and biscuits" with them. there would be some friction between him and jax

Also, Kabal could join forces with subzero as well, to take down mavado.

I'm hoping kabal gets back his hookswords, because thats his trademark weapon period. Mavado should have something else.

There will be a great battle of revenge between the 2. I cant wait to see how kabals story will be.

I know. I was actually about to say the same thing earlier to. I mean, look how many characters in DA had swords, so there shouldnt be a problem with 2 characters having different types of hookswords. They have to look totally different though, but still, besides this, i kinda wish kabal was the only one with hookswords.

kenshi is my favorite character of them all! i find it really awesome that he's a blind man who can kick @$$ i look forward to playing him in MK:D. i think that in mk:d, either he's still trapt in outworld or he went to outworld again while sonya, jax, and cyrax stay behind to protect earth. whatever storyline they give him, i hope it's a good one.

Well, Kenshi sure as HELL had one of the most grotesque fatalities EVER! When I first did that fatality, just the sight of those eyes popping out did what no other fatality has done before; it almost made me sick to my stomach. And that's the kind of fatalities I'd like to see in Deception. I want fatalities in that game that make even a person with a strong stomach gag.

I love Kenhi.Has he been konfirmed? IMO, he is the koolest MKDA Kharakter, and one of the koolest MK Kharakters, period. I think that, his storyline, will involve revenge on Mavado(ohh boy, are there lots of people who want him dead), or Shang Tsung.(same for him.) I hope he still has the Telekinetic moves, especially the Fatality. As for the HARA-KIRI(that's the way you spell it.) he will probably use his powers to end himself.

I agree, Kenshi is the most original newcomer of MKDA. Because he is blind is already making him unique and he really fits into the MK universe. Some say he is a cheap knockoff from Ermac but I totally disagree with that. Kenshi looks great, something else for a change then again another ninja. And good thing they changed his name to Kenshi instead of leaving it Blind Kenshi as it was at first.

His fatality was brutal and bloody but still I was not pleased with that one. I like to see more physical contact in a fatality and I hope one of is two will have that in MKD.

kenshi definitly did have a brutal fatality. when i first performed it, i was like this i'm curious to know what his new fatality is going to be. and yes cyborg_wolf, he has been officially confirmed

Kenshis Fatality was just Tanyas Twisted Kiss Fatality with the telekinesis and minus the explosion. That being said, it was still good.

He's an ok character and I like the costume he has for MKD. I don't get what his story will be, but I'm sure he'll be meeting up with Ermac at some point.

Actually, come to think of it, i know one other fighting game character that is blind: Voldo, from soul calibur. But he sucks, and he is disgusting(i.e. he can hit people with his d*ck.)Kenshi is the man! I also hope his katana style will be improved, and that he will get more good and useful moves for his fighting styles.

i think his primary costume from MKDA may end up being his secondary costume in MK:D since he's got that new outfit now. i wish they got a more clearer picture of that instead of the one where he was being kicked and we only see one side of him. heh, i didn't know voldo from soul caliber was blind, then again i don't play that game very often. i agree voldo is a disturbing character. has anyone noticed that kenshi and scorpion have the same sword style in MKDA?

I have not seen this new outfit, how does it look?(from what you can make out) I think kenshi will ally with ermac, since ermac ows him one for liberating him from shao kahn(or was it shang tsung). Or ermac could be deceiving him, i dunno. Kenshi must have a scabbard(is that the correct word?), wether on his back or on his hip, he must have one. Just look at mitsurugi from Soul Calibur 2. Weapons can't just show up out of nowhere like they did in DA,exept for Subby and frost(ice powers) and rayden(god). Kenshi could even pull the sword out with his mind,IMO it would look really kool.

they did have his scabbard in concept art, but not in the game. maybe they might have it this time. that would be really cool if he pulled his sword out with his mind. as for his new costume, it was in the april issue of PSM magazine and you might find it somewhere online. he looks the same from the neck up. He's wearing a short sleeved gray shirt, gray pants, white knee pads, and red combat boots. it also looks like he's wearing red fighting gloves too. i think he and ermac do have a connection somehow, but anything can happen.

Ah yes, Kenshi. He's one of my favorites and he's a cool character. He seems to be some kind of blind Ronin. The reason why I say he's a Ronin is because he uses a Katana and is a Rogue Swordsman. If I'm not mistaken, Kenshi is Japanese for "Swordsman". Though I'm not completely sure he's a Ronin, it kind of seems that way to me. He seems to be some kind of Eurasian guy who traveled to Japan challenging fighters.

Anyway, I think he has a lot of potential and I'm very happy to see him return in Mortal Kombat: Deception. His storyline will most likely NOT have to do with the Special Forces. I'm sure that he'll try to destroy Mavado and perhaps the whole Red Dragon clan. Maybe he and Kabal can make good allies. And I'm also sure that Kenshi and Ermac will cross paths once more. Who knows? Maybe they'll team up. We'll just have to wait and see.

Fighting wise in MK: DA, I thought Kenshi was decent but he needs improvments.

Tai Chi Chuan should be very fluid, very fast, very relaxed, and internal. His Tai Chi stance in the game was odd but I have seen it before. It looks similar to the stance used in Sun style Tai Chi Chuan, the youngest of the styles of Tai Chi Chuan. If he's going to have Sun style, it should not only use some aspects from some of the older styles of Tai Chi Chuan, it should also use aspects from the two older internal styles of Daoist Kung Fu, Xing Yi Quan and Ba Gua Zhang. I'd like to see lots of improvements with this style. When it comes to moves, it should have punches, palm strikes and kicks but not in the same way as in that of a style like Shaolin Fist. Some styles of Tai Chi Chuan also use locks from Chin Na.

As for San Shou (Chinese Kickboxing), this is kind of the opposite of Tai Chi Chuan in the sense that San Shou is external and relies on brute strength unlike Tai Chi Chuan which relies on inner strength. San Shou should consist of punches, kicks and a bit of grappling. San Shou should kind of on the slow side but not too slow.

For his weapon style, he should either keep his Katana which is more of a sword of power and strength, or he should have a Tai Chi sword, a sword of speed and fluidity.

Since he and Ermac will both be in the game, they should have one or two of the same special moves but other than that, they should have their own unique special moves.

hmm, never thought of him as a blind ronin. it's supposed to mean "outkast" or "outlaw" and he pretty much travels japan alone. his original name was Blind Gi before they changed it to Blind Kenshi and then they took out 'blind.' i wish this site had a fanfic section, i have a kenshi fic i wanted to post up
