I agree though, they should have different telekinetic moves. Kenshi is training at sharpening and lubrifying his Katana with his mind as we speak.Heck, come to think of it, one of the fighters could levitate with the telekinesis,kinda like Psycho Mantis, from MGS.

And for rivalry, the choice is the only problem for Kenshis rival. It could be Mavado,Kira(or whatever she is going to be called... It'll end up with a shove anyway...),Ermac(he could be a Deceiver.), or some other dude, who, hearing the rumors, will be wearing armored underwear at ALL times. Only time will tell. That and the Oracle. Who is going to end up with a Katana in her...

Since they met Kenshi, they have not been able to sit down.(read previous posts)

i think it's all right if they share the telekinetic slam. people say they're a lot alike, but that's not true at all. they only share one move and that's it. kenshi has three telekinetic moves while ermac had that fireball thingy and the teleport punch (or was that smoke? i can't distinguish those ninjas ne more except scorpion and sub-zero!) heck, once i heard someone say "kenshi's a ripoff cause he wears red and black like ermac." ...didn't someone else wear black and red *cough* liu kang *cough* so u might as well call ermac a ripoff too.

I actually didn’t even know Ermac was telekinesis too. I just realize it when people started to talk about it (maybe because I never played as Ermac), but then again he had just one move. Kenshi was all about the telekinesis so he is the real telekinetic man to me. As for his fatality I think it would be great to see one of them involving his Katana.

well actually ermac taught kenshi..so ermac would be the main telekinetic guy

yeah i didn't know ermac was telekinetic either til it was mentioned multiple times on forums. and yeah i never played him either. the telekinetic powers work nicely with kenshi because he's a blind and it's something his opponents wouldn't expect from him. and i agree that if both had telekinetic that kenshi should have a weaker version and ermac would be more of an expert.

What was Ermac’s alignment in the older games? I always assumed he was evil but I never knew for sure. But if Ermac taught Kenshi those moves I guess he is more like neutral. It would be cool if Ermac was Kenshi’s mentor, master and apprentice. And with the theme “Deception” I’m guessing one will deceive the other.

If Ermac deceives Kenshi, he is going to end up with a Katana in his... As for Ermacs alignement, i think it is neutral, only he was enslaved by Shao Kahn.

u know, i'd be pretty surprised if kenshi's new fatality involved his katana and using it to shov...kenshi and scorpion had different types of swords, but they used it the same way. as for ermac, i believe he was neutral as well, but was enslaved by shao kahn.

i dont think kenshi will be deceived by ermac( from what people are saying) because kenshi is now blind and can't see...this would be funny if every character in the game except kenshi( b/c of his blindness) will be deceived. that would be an interesting/weird story then.

I don’t think he won’t be deceived just because he is blind. "The eyes that see can be deceived." That talks about his eyes, those can’t be deceived. For example he can’t see things that aren’t really there because he’s blind. Others can be fooled by such things, I think something like that is what that sentence means. If Kenshi trust the wrong person in the game then I think he will eventually end up SHOVING his Katana .

It’s a bit hard to explain but I try. You can only post pictures that are hosted on a website. You need its URL, right click on the picture and select properties. Now copy the URL and paste it in that sentence below.

Kenshi is a unique character and he's no Ermac rip-off. Aside from a possible confrontation with Mavado and/or the Red Dragon, what else do you think Kenshi's storyline might involve?

Well since there are no other special forces in the game so far I don’t think that it will have something to do with them again. My biggest guess is that it has something to do with Ermac, especially now I’ve found out that Ermac has thought Kenshi.

there are a few possibilies about kenshi's storyline. he could either team up w/ ermac or kabal, or find mavado or shang, or could've been sent by SF to go after kira, could be anything. we'll have to see and find out

i think today is the last day of the kenshi chat. it's been fun while it lasted so here's my final question for all of you...what's the one thing you all look forward to most about kenshi in mkd?

I’m also looking forward to what kind of new moves they gonna give him (because it’s rumored that every character will end up with about six special moves), and what his new fatalities will look like

well im looking forward to see kenshi in the game and play as him, because today i was playing mk:da and man i did a strong kombo, i hope they dont change his fighting style alot.

i look forward to his new fatality, his new storyline, and his ending. actually i'm just looking forward to seeing kenshi in the game in general.
