It seems that you can play as more 6than liu and kung lao...I think they mentioned that you could unlock characters to play as like they mentioned sub for instance.

As long as Bo'Rai CHo is in there somewhere, playible or not I'm happy, though I do hope Reptile is playible

Yeah, characters that wasn't appear in the MK1 & MK2... but they are involved in the storyline (after we can see in the next games) like Bo' Rai Cho, they will be appear

Kool Jades back again! i hope she isn't just a tanned version of Kitana, Mileena This game sounds ace i can't wait for it! i wonder if they will add MK2 to it as a secret, i doubt it tho with it being on MAC2

so what happens when you get to a boss? do fight it combat style or is it like ninja gaiden bosses where you can go anywhere within the arena?

we dont know snake but it would be cool to have some fighting a lá MK:D

i wonder if shang stung will be a boss in this game. i hope so he is one of the more interesting characters. also kano, kintaro, shao kahn, and maybe even sindel should make an appearance. one more thing that would be cool to see would be pre-cyborg versions of sektor and cyrax.

So I'm guessing:
Lui Kang, Kung Lao, Sub-Zero, Kitana, Scorpion, Jax, Johnny Cage, AND...
Mileena, Reptile, Shang Tsung, Raiden, Jade, Smoke, Ermac, Noob Saibot, Kano, or some other people...lol well anyway, I'm betting that the first 7 I posted will be playable.

As long as Smoke is in it I'm happy. Though, I would like to see Scorpion, in it. BTW, do you think that Blaze will make an appearance?

until I see Cyrax, this game doesn't interest me...
with this game slated for a late 2005 release, my guess is that the MK7 game wont be around until the next systems come out...not to be selfish, but I don't want to wait 4 years to see my favorite character again...especially with all the characters that I hate in Deception...
I have the Game Informer as well, and everyone mentioned above is in except Scorpion, whom was asked about...he is in the game more then likely, as is any character from MK2's era...they said they will add every single rumor about the game possible, like the Santa Claus rumor ...
Slica - I want Cyrax in any shape or form, net or not, without him, the MK series is much weaker for me...I have always loved the series but when Cyrax came in MK3, along with Kabal and Sektor...I went gaga...before that Kano, Baraka, and Reptile were the ones that kept me around...

i would really like to see all the ninjas expecially rain, kano, pre robot smoke,sektor and cyrax, and maybe blaze and kintaro.

Doubt it. In the last screenshot on Gamespot you can sorta see Mileena wearing something similar to her Deception outfit... I dunno about Kitana and Jade tho.

Well in the Game Informer, they make it somewhat clear that this game will be a stand alone, much like Mythologies and Special Forces. Sorry for the disappointment.

I think everyone knows that Manny, it's old news (I knew it anyway). I just hope to see Rain. Thats all I want.

i better see rain, fujin and sektor in this one, or i'm not even renting it.
and i hope subzero is not going to be an albino wrapped in fur in this one.
