thats gay that ps2 gets a lobby...wow they totally gave xbox the shaft.

We should all push for a lobby similiar to what they have on PS2 so people like MKF can't hide behind optimatch and appear "offline" so he can avoid certain people. The truth couldn't come out any clearer that he's nothing but a cherry picking scrub and his long rambling posts he makes to defend himself will be even more meaningless than they are now.

@Groy...i agree...but....HOW..do we push for anything...we cant even push for decent gameplay.

@Booya...really...clans serve the same function...but the boards here are important in our clan battles...also notice that there are relatively few xbox clans.

If it was me... I would say ditch XBOX if it still has its default optimatch settings for MK8 and such, pick up a PS3... and then get MK8 for that.

puffy, how can you insult the ps2 constoller when you play on 360? The 360 controller is the biggest piece of trash since the gc controller. I played on that thing last night...i almost got beat by a newb. Cant gun knives without jumping, no knife combos.

graphics are NOT noticably differnet,unless maybe u have those hd cables and a hd tv.
lag is just the same for me on both systems,its just you get 10x the fights on ps2 in a couple hours as u do on box
and the ps2 cpntroller is prolly the best thing ever made for fighting games,its slick and smooth(if its a doulshock 2 and pretty new)
the x-box controller is garbage,sweet for halo but crap for mka.
having a lobby kills anything u can say about box bein better for clans or just anything at all.

@bobby... yes, i agree... the 360 controller sucks ass threw a straw! Honestly, I never really liked the PS2 controller. I liked it with tekken, but other than that...nah!

i like the normal xbox controller better than the ps2 one because thats what im use to. Just like booya feels comfortable with his ps2 controller. its what hes use to but that damn 360 dpad just sucks for fighting games...its almost like it miswell use the joystick.

As for Clans overall in fighters are pointless if you think about it, even with a lobby clans are a lot more useful in games like Halo.

For MKA: I use all 3 controllers... XBOX, XBOX 360 and PS2. I have to say PS2 has the best 'D' pad. Then I'll have the original XBOX controller in second. XBOX 360 controller comes last because of the 'D' pad.

However, overall, I think XBOX 360 controllers are good. I use it for DOA4 and it works great. Also the joy sticks are are much better than PS2 and original XBOX. So if you play other games on XBOX360, you'd know that the controller works fine.

If you guys need a new XBOX 360 controller, why not try mad catz controller:

Well actually somehow the conversation got diverted to x-box having a lobby system similar to PS2. I just made a comment stating that if x-box should integrate a lobby system into the next MK similar to PS2 so people like yourself can't hide and make excuses.

Once again red allow me to correct you.TCW came out the same time OWG did.We were the first two on live then came 4 horsemen, etc.My old clan on xbox live way back among others when everyone had egos or simply didn't get along with one another but I'm not going into that.

I did it for FUN, comp and friends to get to know each other, nothing else.I didn't care about "dominating the world" or being known from an xbox MK clan after it's the players people remember, not the clans in fighters.

Now if MK8 should have a say have a tag team mode with say 3 on 3 total 6 in one match/lobby then I can honestly see clans coming back.

Fighters aren't like Halo where you can literally take your team against another team or clan whatever.
