Its good to see you all trying to form again for mk vs dc. I'll be sure to be coming back..but only on x360. I guess you guys will be battling it all out on PS3. I dont have one and have no plans on getting one in the future though.

Another thing, is that my luna account on here is banned for some unknown reason and i mailed the mods about it but got no reply.. so i'll be using this from now on..

I will be XBOX 360 first and if the game lives up to my expectations, I will be on PS3 within a month of its release.

The XBOX360 actually offers better online experience. I have all the consoles and I have to say overall, I prefer the XBOX360. PS3 is aight but I enjoy playing on 360 more.

i like the 1000 points on the games thats a really good thing about xbox and online is better than ps3 but you do have to pay for it.so its swings and roundabouts i guess.lets just hope the lobby is set up good on all game systems and not like soul calibur which was utter c**p.

lastly I hope all the old players play mk dc as mentioned in the list above ..because it will be fun..good games.....lots of competition...and lots of trash talk...

As a matter of fact, the idea alone that we could fight you NTSC guys is reason enough to buy this game! ^^
We all have much respect to TKO and BMF when it comes to fighting skills. NTSC gives more competitive play so therefor we are looking forward to finally play you guys

gonna get this game (i'm sure it will be trash) by the time it goes platinum. will never buy an MK game @full price again on top of that resistance 2 and motorstorm 2 will be released november.

Wrath has pre-ordered a NTSC version, so I might not be able to play him. No Trax and no Kris, no MKDA, no Frostie, no Vile, no Sub-Ciro (went to XBOX) and Monk might not be getting it either...

It's not so bad. There would a host of new players coming to play MK v DCU within Europe. I'm pretty sure of it. And most Europeans like PS3 so there!

I don't know if Wrath was being smart but it doesn't look like he'd be able to play his NTSC copy. I can't really verify this, of course, so we wait and see.

As for owning an XBOX360, well.........................................

Come to think of it. You can create multiple accs on PSN for Jap/US/Pal. You might get away with it if you create a new PSN profile using a real US address (use google to look one up) and connect via that, as all PS3 games are region free. I used to have 3 accs, so i could download demos that wasnt released in europe when i had my machine.

If that fails using another profile with a PAL disc buy the NTSC version and use that and swap to PAL disc to play europe guys, again all PS3 titles are region free.

This saturday evening I 'll be online from 18h on till appr. 01h GMT+ 1, I hope to see some of you and get some good games going!!!

After having intensively played the newest installment I can safely say that this game is nothing but awesome! The gameplay mechanics outrival those from previous MK titles by FAR and the combo system is incredible.

I've already managed to discover an 18 hit combo with Liu Kang that deals around 43% damage respectively 58% when in rage mode. Besides, it looks spectacular.

Since I'm still waiting for my new DSL provider to FINALLY hand over the codes to connect to the world wide web I'm not able to join the online community as of yet. Once the dust has settled I'll be sure to find out whether I'm able to fight PAL comrades or not.

We shall see.

P.S.: Can anyone that has tried out the actual online mode give some first impressions? Is it as laggy as in last-generation games? I sure don't hope so...
