I am aware that acid kills. But like I said, certain things in Konquest appear to be exagerrated. And I ask again: IF Scorpion was killed in the acid, how'd he come back again?
Or does that mean Konquest mode reveals what really happens in MK:DA? Does this mean Kung Lao and Kenshi both killed Shang Tsung? And Kitana killed Quan Chi?

That’s the difference, in Konquest they never say Kitana KILLED Quan Chi, only defeated. They never mention any decapitation or something, besides, no ending connects to that.

But they say Scorpion was thrown IN the acid, THAT’S how he was defeated. Thats why Quan stopped fighting him. Scorpion died. So that did happen. He was killed. And Your question is the reason why we are sick of his story, he just keeps coming back like that!

QUAN CHIS KONQUEST BIO:

"Although Quan Chi had blasted Scorpion with his Skull Fireball multiple times, he finally restored to his Rising Star kick, and sent Scorpion flying backward into a moat of acid that surrounded the courtyard."

"A short time later, Shang Tsung emerged from a doorway to applaud his fellow sorcerer's victory. Shang Tsung had not interfered with their battle, and had remained inside his home until the kombat had ceased. Scorpion's demise in the acid bath led Shang Tsung to believe that Quan Chi had defeated Scorpion with a lucky shot."

I know it said Scorpion died in Quan Chi's Konquest. I never said it didn't. I'm just saying it doesn't seem to fit with everything else that happens. And maybe, just maybe, we can't accept everything that happens in every Konquest.

And my whole point is, you keep saying Scorpion died 3-4 times. I say Scorpion died once or twice. As of now, that's all we know.

He officialy died 2 times:

Killed by Sub before Mk1.
Killed by Quan Chi in acid pool in MKDA.

Scorpion also returned to hell in every single Mortal Kombat.

He came back from hell the first time in MK1 and returned to hell after he killed Sub-Zero

He saw Sub-Zero's little brother and returned from hell yet again to kill him, but found out that Sub-Zero was not the one that killed him and returned to hell again.

In UMK3 he was taken outta hell by Shao Kahn to work for him, Scorpion came to outworld but then betrayed him and went back to hell.

In MK4, Quan Chi brought him out of hell and had him go after Sub-Zero, then Scorpion's MK4 ending happened and Scorpion went to the Netherealm.

Then in MK5 Scorpion escaped the Netherrealm to kill Quan Chi. Scorpion failed the first time and returned to hell, only to get released and come back for seconds. I'm not sure what happened to him after that, his ending might have not happened and he could have walked a new path.

But Queve is right, Scorpion has ended up in the same place after everygame, so It's like he died. I think Scorpion needs a new makeover in story terms just like Johnny Cage needs one.

LOOK PEOPLE, SCORPION IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER....but I have to agree with you and queeve.
