Actually he was doing good in the 90's and just so you know he has appeared alot lately. He was recently in 52,Brave and the Bold, Teen Titans, Blue Beetle,etc. So you might want to get your fact straight.

Deathstroke is worlds ahead of Labo in terms of sales and popularity.

Deathstroke is both more popular, and considerably more significant to the DCU landscape. As a hands-on villain he's relevant to a broad cross-section of heroes, and is very well qualified to appear in a martial arts fighting game.
