I mean its great i mean its like you win but u really didnt acually win cause somebody can beat you and do a hari kiri on themself....lol...so you might be able to kick the shit outta somebody and still pretty much lose well not lose but instead of you performing a fatality they spoil it and kill themself lol. i reckon its a great idea when u lose u race your opponent so u dont give him the satisfaction of killing u but yea people will get pissed off but thats just fun

Doesn't matter to me, seeing how I will jab my victim immediately to end the fatality timeframe anyways, they won't be able to input it since I'm not competing to input it against them. I just want matches, fatalities and hara kiris I could care less about.

For the first couple weeks everyone will be doing Hara-Kiri or fatalities all over the place, and yea it will be a little annoying. But soon enough, ppl will get tired of it and stop. For the first couple weeks though, I know I will run up to the person and just uppercut asap so I wont have to see Hara Kiri over and over on every match.

No. Only if the person I beat cheats by pressing a one button Hari Kari( sort of like 1 button falities). If done in fair fashion whoever gets to the finishing move first is it.

In regards to the question at hand, um, yeah, I think that's largely the point.
But what I don't get here is these coupla people saying that they don't care about the fatalities, or that they don't wanna see them, or want to just hit their opponent to avoid a Hari Kiri... um... then why exactly are you playing Mortal Kombat. If you don't care then go play Tekken. I love Mortal Kombat, and fatalities are part of what makes it great. I get dissapointed when a match doesn't end in a fatality.

Yea i know but you know as well as i that people will complain they always do ive played other online games....but i think its great kinda will be fun to tick off some people cause it wont bug me if somebody does a hari kiri before i can perform the fatality i wont care...but i know some people will get pissed especially people that arent fast with the controller....
