When you were asked, "is this a wind up," you were being asked if you were lying or messing with people. That room does look a bit unreal. I've certainly never seen it. You said you could make a video of it. You should do just that.

This pic isn't fake. Its a texturing glitch in the Chaos realm. This has happened to me before too...in one of the buildings in that cemetary, to be exact. I walked in, and the room was just completely tiled with a female character's lips. It thought it was supposed to be that way cuz it was chaos realm, but when I went back in it was normal again.
This is a rare glitch, I haven't ever had it happen to me more than once. I saw no ninja in there either.
