You know, that's the whole reason why I believe Scorpion's MK2 ending may be canon. Most will use the Scorpion's MK4 storyline argument to back up their stance that Scorp's MK2 ending is either non-canon or was canon at one point but was retconned. Quan Chi is very deceptive. Of course he'll eliminate any possible threats to whatever schemes he has. But if he has a use for any of those said threats at all, he'll usually deceive them, and once they've served their purpose, then he'll eliminate them. Like I said before, when two or more storyline issues are in conflict with one another, I usually go for whatever makes more sense, but in this particular case, I'll do the same I did with the Sub-Zero MK1 conflict and go with both, since both actually do make the same amount of sense. However, here's another conflict with this theory; it says in MKDA's Konquest mode that Scorpion had believed Sub-Zero was the killer of his family and clan "for years". Other people use that to contradict his MK2 ending, too. I see a storyline hole here, because it doesn't mention exactly how many years. The fact that it is used in a plural form could mean that it could've been 2 years, or 3 years when Quan Chi told him that the younger Sub-Zero was the murderer of his family and clan. I would say about five years passed between MK1 and MK4, and no more than one year passed between MK1 and MK2, so for this AND his MK2 ending to be canon, Scorpion had to have been deceived by Quan Chi about three or four years prior to MK4.
I have to say his MK2 ending MAY be canon, simply because of the deceptive nature of Quan Chi, along with this storyline hole I found in MKDA's Konquest mode.
Sorry for trailing off topic. However, there's really no way to discuss the whole Noob/Original Sub thing without bringing up the younger Sub-Zero, Scorpion, or Quan Chi, as all four of these characters are directly tied to each other.

This is scary how much some people analyze these things. But Bloodline666, thanks for the info. I makes so much sense, as well as clear up things.
But any stories people want to write? Like perhaps something they would like to see?
