Personally, I don't want Kano dead (I don't believe we will know until MK6 who died, who defeated the deadly alliance, etc, since endings in MK don't always happen). I however, feel it is time for the Black Dragon to step down to Mavado and the Red Dragon. So I think Kano ought to at least sit out for a game or two. If he is killed by Mavado, well, sorry. I'm not too attached to him though.

Personally, I want Kano dead! It's way past his time to go!

Although, maybe there could be a fight between the Red Dragon and the Black Dragon. More members of the Black Dragon resurface on hearing that Kano seems to be in a position of power and both clans come to blows. it could end with the deaths of both Kano and Mavado or one or the other. I'd prefer Mavado to win. Although the special Forces could intervene and Sonya, Kenshi, Cyrax and Jax are put into the equation.

Crow brought up an ironic point i agree with, that mavado really saves kano's story line. Think about this way, the red dragon is the reason he will return.

And secondly, kano is one tough cat. I mean, how many tight spots has he been and came back. It will take a lot to get rid of kano.

And finally, kano was one of the first mk characters, which are usually everyones all time favorites.

To be honest, I don't think they will kill off kano.

only way kano is dead is if mavado wins(shit face asshole who shouldnt of never came into the mk world, only thing good about him is that he killed kabal) and i am actually a kano fan myself, but if he starts anything with jax he needs to be killed, but i think that, maybe he should'nt be in mk6 but return in mk7, as then he could keep up to his tradition, skipping a game everytime.

Ofcourse Kano should stay. But I say bring him back more to his routes as a criminal power hungry (and manipulative) thug. I say his rivlary with sonya is just as fresh and new as it has ever been. (Along with the rivlary against the red dragon, Along with the "rivlary" with the deadly alliance.)

It would be cool if Kano decides to say screw the black dragon and go on his own. I think it would be awsome if Kano teamed up with Baraka and started an army of Baraka's people. Kano could teach them how to use weapons and criminal stuff like that.

Yeah but the black dragon is dead. He could restart it. You know what would be interesting is with the Liu Kang thing it only happened sometimes. So Kano would be evil most of the time and then Liu Kang takes over (the mind) and does not know whats going on. Think of Kano in bed with Sheeva and then Liu pops back and starts screaming bloody murder!
But he would have two different sets of moves and about %65 of rounds would be Kano but the other %35 would be a more powerful Liu Kang style moves.

Kano is probably in my top 5 favorite characters, so I hope he doesn't die. Whether he stays on his own, allies with whatever villain happens to be in power, or restarts the Black Dragon, it's cool with me.

But regarding Liu Kano: it ain't gonna fuckin happen.

I don't see a good enough reason to bring Kano back into the story, especially if he did die. I wouldn't really care if they brought him back, but I admit that I'm more in favor of Mavado and the Red Dragon taking the place of Kano and the Black Dragon.

Agreed! Mavado is graet imo! The Red Dragon need to wipe the Black Drago out and then continue on against the Special forces.

But I think the Black Dragon is already wiped out. Kano will come back as Liu Kano.

I'm a fan of the classics, but I think Kano (and the whole special forces, for that matter) need to go. They're completely turning MK around, and I'm sick of that bullshit. Now it almost feels like MK is a stricktly military story.
I do like Mavado, I think he looks cool and he has a badass personality, but he needs to get his god damn moves revamped, he was crap in the game.
