I think his edit implies that the batman embargo[ban of batman usage] will lift tomorrow. As in there will no longer be an embargo on batman. Thus MK vs DC. Batman being one of the characters.

Or it could be the media embargo which Midway put in place so that no media from Gamer's Day could be on game websites 'til tomorrow. you decide which one sounds more logical.
