Yeah. Looks like it's going that way. And I'm glad. Nightwolf is one of my old school favorites, and it'd be kick ass to see him neutral or evil.

The "Fake" tournament obviously must have happened a while before the battle at Shang Tsung's palace.

I don't want Li Mei to be evil personally. I'm against the idea of characters just switching alignments at a whim.

What I do think however is that Li Mei will almost certainly have to make a choice. She'll have to choose between staying with her mentor Bo Rai Cho and joining with Onaga. I am hoping she'll make the right choice and stick with Master Bo Rai Cho.

That is very interesting, Li Mei is now a wild card in this game. Li Mei's alliance is still questionable. Though she may serve Bo Rai Cho for his good deed, she was part of Onaga's army for a brief period of time.

Li Mei may be drawn to Onaga by super natural forces and she may turn on Bo Rai Cho and her own people to serve him.

One question sub-scropion, I believe you and all.......but how the hell did the guy know this....does he have the game or work on it or something? If he does, and I may just be dreaming this, but I wonder how much info about the characters he actually does have that we don't know about yet. I mean really, the game is almost 20 days away. I think we can stop waiting now!!!! LOL

Definitely. It's almost always used as a cheap way to try to generate interest for a character nobody cared about in the first place. And while I liked both Li Mei and Nightwolf, this looks just to be the case again. I can see it now: Evil Kai in MK7.

Li Mei wouldn't be cheap if she's bad, but there's always the replacement feeling. She was like another Mileena in DA, and now that Mileena's back, why would she be turned evil, even if she does have a different weapon? I mean, it would be kinda cool cuz she has always looked like one of those powerful evil warriors that can kick your ass but look all sweet and good, so it wouldn't be that bad seeing her go bad

Meh, I'm just never a fan of the hero turning evil. Never have been, never will. I'm a fan of heroes much more than I am of villians (for the most part anyway) and seeing one of my favorites suddenly switch sides for some incredibly hackneyed reason irks me. Hell, it even annoys me when it's a character I don't like such as Kitana.

I don't think she'll go evil. I think she'll just have this evil side to her. Sorta like a "I don't need your freaking help, I'll kill them all myself" attitude. Haha.

Onaga was aware of Shao Kahn’s invasion of Edenia so many years ago. Apparently the Dragon King had been watching Shao Kahn from beyond death. Whatever the late emperor had been attempting, Onaga was determined to complete it. He was looking for lost information, ancient spells that would fuse the Elder Gods’ six Kamidogu into one and therefore make it possible for him to wield their combined might. I brought him to Edenia, where I believed that information still existed.

Chaos. The universe thrives on it. Forces pitted against each other in never-ending turmoil. My kind worships entropy. We wander the realms sowing disorder.
