I think we are all taking this too far without even knowing the complete story.

Lets remember those are only very small parts of the bios, not complete. Lets just hope its all clear at the end.

Yes, they have Fatalities and Hara Kiris.

As for Kung Lao's MKG ending with Goro in it, I think it's obvious that happened. It's obvious that Goro fought for Kitana's side, and had some major fight with Goro where he either died/appeared dead.

In Kitana's MKG ending, it mentioned that Goro was dipped into the Lava Shrine as a burial. I think it's safe to say this ending probably never happened, however if it did, maybe he was being buried alive (gasp!)

Furthermore, we don't know if Goro died and was resurrected, or if he never died at all. Maybe when he "regained conciousness", it was in the Netherealm. We don't even know who greeted him, because as its been pointed out, we only have half the story.

Well, Havik got ripped off. And Goro is now faithful to Kahn again because he helped him. Hopefully, they'll give Havik an updated ending. Who needs a silly Kahn clone around. They could just add to Havik's ending where the real Kahn comes in and destroys his own clone then Havik becomes his servant. But, what a bleak future for the king of chaos.

-wow
not necessarily, what happens in the next game if Havik ressurects the clone? Shao Kahn will attempt to reclaim the throne and the clone (who doesn't know he's a clone) will claim he's an imposter! everybody wins, Midway gets to have an excuse for unoriginallity with new characters, Havik gets more chaos than he bargained for, the people of outworld temporarilly get a break from oppressive rule, and we get to see the greatest boss of all time beat the crap out of himself!!! its genious!smilesmilesmilePS- Kitana's ending is non-canon, beings that she was MASSACRED along with her goody-two-shoes pals.

If Goro is their enemy again I will be pissed. Im sick of him being evil, then good, then evil, then good.

Decide for once!

The only thing I'm sick of is all of these "magic items" appearing out of nowhere. That's all.

However, the allegiance to good and evil is what intrigues me alot. I mean, remember when we heard Kabal was restarting the Black Dragon, and we thought, "Oh no, he's gonna make them a good guy team like the Lin Kuei." But we were surprised and happy when he was going to keep it the same. Then it hit us.....Kabal's a bad guy now.

I love the switches of allegiance, man!

so does anyone know why baraka is goro's foe now and not noob? in his bio it states that noob saibot killed him. so why is baraka his foe and not noob? also why doesnt Khan have an alliance to Goro since it shows in goros bio that Khan is his alli but Khan has none?? One more thing why isnt Shang and Quan chi on khans list for foes??? i know they are not in the game but neither is kitana and she is on khans list.

We don't know the real deal about the game. All we know is that we are getting two of the coolest boss characters to play as ever! Now in regards to the Havik endings above, I think that Kabals ending happened, since there is nothing to disprove that it happened. If anyone remembers Kobra's ending, it shows he Kira and Kabal attacking the people Havik wanted him to. Who is to say that Kabal got wise to Havik and followed him to Onaga's corpse, killed Havik and took the heart. With it Kabal could possibly ressurect the Black Dragon's original leader Kano! This I know is sucky but hey knowing Mortal Kombat and the writer John Vogal it might happen.

Ok let me see if I get this straight:

Shao Kahn knew the Deadly Alliance was gonna come after him (even though it was a suprise attack) and created a clone which was then killed in the Beginning of MK:DA. So he's been Hiding. Great I get that.

Goro I don't understand. He hated Shao Kahn (I don't remember why) and wasn't left for dead on the battlefield because Kitana was at his funeral. the funeral of her friend, so why is she now his enemy???? And who did she have a funeral for????

My speculation is that Kahn watched Goro fall and created or disguised another to be Goro who Kitana then burried thinking it was him. Then Kahn rescued Goro and told him some lies that Kitana was against him or some crap so now Goro is all with Kahn because Kahn is deceiving Goro. Does that make sense????

Thanks

Yeah, seems like Shao Kahn revived Goro and turned him to evil because he knew he would be a powerful ally. But now they are gonna have to fix the endings of people like Havik to go along with this.

Now this might sound lame, but what if Shao Kahn is actually Shinnok in disguise....Think about it.

Shinnok is a god like Raiden. According to MKD Shao Kahn is a god like Raiden too.

Shinnok can morph (MK Mythologies)

Shinnok has the artifact (Shinnok's amulet) that Onaga needs to fuse the Kamidogu!!!

Shao Kahn's Bio says that he has the artifact. What other artifact do you think he's talking about? The Lin Kuei amulet or some crap like that??

And folks, that is the deception Shao Kahn is really Shinnok.....

Would be a cool storyline though. Hell they said that Noob Saibot is really Sub Zero

I actually liked the plot device in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, where Shao Khan was Shinnok's son.
The stupid part about that particular plot device is that Khan became a pansy and Raiden was his brother.
Stupid movie...

So, end of rant, I wouldn't like Khan to be Shinnok(since Khan is better), but it would be neat if they were officially related.

ya know i was thinking how could goro be resurrected if his body was decimated by the funeral and the dip into the lava pit...ya know i never thought until now that since it was a very prestige funeral maybe the coffin was made from material that doesnt melt in lava. It would be the ultimate funeral to be buried somewhere that no one can reach and a sign of respect so you body can truely rest in peace. So maybe khan got to the coffin since he is khan and can access almost anything and resurrected goro who's body wasnt fried and now goro is tainted by khans manipulating ways.

Well put. Kahn, remeber has the power of resurection, just like his old master Onaga. But Kahn can't revive himself. But I may be wrong, maybe Shao Kahn's Shadow Priests have to true power of resurection. Does anyone else think that Kahn is magically disabled with out his Priests? And another thing, I read ealier that some one came up with the idea that Kahn had the real amulet all along! This sounds pretty good. Perhaps before Quan Chi hired Sub-Zero to find the amulet, Kahn was able to get it first. But that would just leave more mysteries on how he go it first. Maybe it was Reiko, you know Reiko likes to wear Kahns clothes. Reiko could have changed sides, took out the elemental guards, replace the amulet with a fake, and all while wearing Kahn's armor to make it look like Kahn did it himself, thus explaining why Reiko like to wear Kahns armor!

Kahn doesn't have the power or knowledge of resurection. That is why mnay times Shang Tsung has been brought back in Kahn favor so many times. Tsung's speciality besides of being a powerfull soucer is soul tranportionAlso why Quan Chi wanted to form the deadly Alliance.

Kahn doesn't have any "soucerly" powers like Quan Chi or Shang. He is just a powerfull entity.

The amulet was 1st taken by Sub-Zero . the one from MK1 and then it was given to Quan Chi. Since then Quan Chi has had it all this time. Quan has had it till of course Dragon King has taken it.
