Well, in Kitana's ending in MKDA, says that she makes his funeral.
But that ending dont happen to me, because the Deadly Alliance was not defeated.
Kitana was captured and now is used against Sindel.
So I think that Goro will return someday.

Noob Saibot's MK:TE (second release of a GBA version of MK:DA) ending shows him killing Goro that is why Kitana attends his funeral in her ending.
He may return but who knows what Midway is going to do in future Mortal Kombat games? EDIT: I was writing my message at the same time Grizzle was which is why our replies are similar.

ii think it says in her bio that he died

It does say in her bio that he died. Her Konquest too.
Also in Deception when you unlock the Kuatan Palace it says Kitana attended Goro's funeral so at least that part of her ending happened.

Too right!
I'm glad Noob finished Goro off, i'd love to see Kintaro back some day.

Yes, Goro died. Btw, Kintaro is dead as well thanks to Raiden. I think both were kind of cool, but they should stay dead.

Kintaro was never confirmed dead. He could come back.

Eh???
Ehh....well....if that's the case, then well...I really don't see much of a point in Kintaro coming back anyway...
Goro
he did survive the battle on the pit bridge with kano, Sonya and Cage, after that he dissapeared back to the Astral Planes of Shokan.
His sarcophagus was sinked into molten lava. There is no way he's gona come back. -dead
Kintaro
In Raidens bios (the rare one for MK3) it is confirmed that the Thunder God evaporized the shokan and defeated him before Khan. -dead
Motaro:
Killed by Sheeva. Shortly after that, Sheeva freed Kano from his prison and they conspired against Shao Khan. Kano however betrayed the four ar-med warrior and Khan impaled her on his sword. -dead possibly
Moloch:
If he did survived the battles, then he is hiding a slaughtering in Outworld.
His friend Drahmin (changed to human form or not) is his only company. ?

i like goro the most not even motaro or kintaro could compare with goro for me i say, , the most ugly and not inspirated character is moloch in mkda and now i like the dragon king hes cool.
He's the most underedeveloped character in the entire series. his bio in the manual says only one thing, that he wishes to succeed goro's legacy and Shao Khan appoints him as the general of his outworldish armies.
he wishes to revenge Goro's death (remember at that time Goro was considered dead by John Tobias)
He was vaporized later by Raiden and died.

although they were cool, they're dead in storyline so I beg the mk team not to bring them back
goro - killed by noob saibot in the battle edenia Vs outworld
kintaro - vaporized in mk2 by raiden
motaro - salin by sheeva in mk3
sheeva - impaled by shao kahn in mk3
frost - killed by sub zero's medallion powers
so plz let those stay dead, on the other hand, characters like shinnok, jarek, rain, mavado, hsu hao, shang tsung, quan chi are not oficially dead (in storyline) so maybe those can come back imo, I just wished the mk team respected the storyline, that's all...

As far as goro, noob saibot sorta ambushed him and killed him after a battle. And yes he is dead.
Kintaro was roasted by raiden so yes he is dead.
Im not sure if frost will never return. I mean, its like saying sub zero died cos he spent a day chillin with the polar bears. Itz hard to imagine someone with icy powers succumbing to these very powers. Yes i do know that in mkd sub buried her remains. By remains i presume that sub buried her popsicle body in the sarcophagus of his ancestors. As long as that is the case, she could always return. Frozen could mean physical stasis, and nothing more. She could also become a shade and side with noob as well. Could make for an interesting twist in the story. If she really is related to sub, it could be nice to develop the whole-family-against-sub kinda thing. One thing I am not sure about is if frost was really evil. I really dopubt it. She struck me as more of a wilful person who wanted a shortcut to power. Does anyone know if she hated sub or if sjhe was neutral or if i her last moments she felt a sense of remorse for her actions and yet respect for a person who forgave her even after her betrayal??

In the backwards speech someone says "It may be that Frost is merely hibernating" so she might come back.

Kintaro's death was mentioned in a strategy guide that was never confirmed to be true.
And he could come back with a good story. Maybe something like this:
For hundreds of years, the Prince Goro was the greatest Shokan warrior. It was the mighty Goro who defeated Earth's champion in Mortal Kombat and it would be Goro who would lead the armies of Outworld to battle. And the Shokan warrior Kintaro was always seen as second best. However, this all came to an end when Goro was defeated and thought to have been killed by Liu Kang. When word spread that the emperor was seeking a replacement for Goro to represent Outworld in a new tournament, Kintaro eagerly stepped foward. Outwardly, Kintaro sought to avenge Goro and restore the Shokan honor. Secretly, he wished to prove that he was the greatest Shokan and that he, not Goro, should have been general of Outworld's armies. This never came to pass however. Shao Kahn's tournament was merely a ruse to distract the Earth warriors and Earth's defender Raiden. In truth, it would be the Centaur Motaro who would lead Outworld to battle, and Kintaro was just a pawn. After Shao Kahn's invasion was defeated, an infuriated Kintaro murdered Motaro, believing this act would restore Shokan honor and prove he was the best. Unfortunatly, the Shokan woman Sheeva had beaten him to it during an attempt to assassinate Shao Kahn and Goro himself had returned and later agreed to sign a treaty with the Centaurs and Princess Kitana. Apalled that the Shokan would agree to peace, Kintaro abandoned the Kuatan lands and wandered aimlessly. Until he was found by the Dragon King. Onaga offered Kintaro a place in his army where he'd be at last able to prove his worth. Kintaro gladly accepted the Dragon King's offer and now stands ready to finally step out of Goro's shadow and prove that he is the strongest Shokan of them all.
