This may be corny but I would like see a fatality I had thought about for some time.
Scorpion harpoons his victim through the chest then swings him around in a circle then throws him smack dab against the tv screen then yanks him back right towrds him and breaths fire on him on his way back "toasty".Dunno if you like the idea,just been thinking about it for a long time.

scorpion: it takes his ninja sword and he runs and appears to do one slice and then the victim looks and many cuts start appearing on the victim and then he/she falls into pieces.

Ryu Is Cool

Reptile: Uses his tail to squeeze the loser until his/her head explodes.

Mavado: Throws his grappling hook up and it comes down as if hanging from something. He then hooks the loser and while stepping on the losers feet, pulls until the head and spine pulls out. Mavado then walks away with the head/spine hanging and the body falls to the floor.

Kenshi- Takes his fingers and sticks them in the opponent's eye sockets. Kenshi then begins to rip the opponent's eyes out and backs away. The opponent is screaming and holding his eyes in his hands. Kenshi then lifts the opponent in the air with his telekenisis and levitates his sword at the same time. The sword impales the opponent's neck and the opponent falls from the sky. Kenshi walks over to his sword and yanks it out of the opponent's neck decapitating him/her.

Cage- Shadow kicks the opponent's torso getting his foot stuck in there. Cage twists his foot inside the opponent body making them scream in pain. Cage then Uppercut's the Opponent's head off and kicks the opponent off of his foot making them fly back onto the ground.

Scorpion: From afar he throws a spear that goes through the front and out the back of the jugular and then wraps around the victims neck covering the wound and making an unescapable lock between the victim and Scorpion. He then reveals his flaming skull and begins a torch - but the torch does not reach his opponent yet. The opponent is dragged slowly into the flame only burning their head down to their skull. Scorpion disconnects his rope and the body falls loosely and crumples to thr floor. Toasty.

Baraka
I saw this idea on here, but I don't remember if I thought it up or someone else did (if it was someone else, I give them full credit for the idea). But anyway, he does his classic decapitation fatality, except this time he uses both blades to do it, like a pair of scissors.

Mileena
She throws her sais at the opponent's head and knocks them down. Then the camera zooms in on their face, complete with sais in their eyes. And as the camera is focused on their face, you see a nice large pool of blood forming under their head.

Jax
Short and sweet; he clotheslines them and then crushes their ribcage with his boot.

Sindel
She belts out that nice, piercing scream of hers, causing the opponent's ears to start bleeding. Her scream gets louder and higher in pitch until their head explodes and showers the surrounding area with blood and bits of bone and grey matter.

Nightwolf
He scalps the opponent (seems like an obvious choice, no? HeHe).

Scorpion...

When the opponent is dazed Scorpion teleports behind him, the opponent is confused. Scorpion kicks the opponent in the back of their knees wich makes him/her fall to their knees, Scorpion grabs the opponents hair and pulls it back so his/her throat becames free, then he grabs his spear and uses the tip to slice the throat, the opponent dies gasping for air.

Second Fatality:
Scorpion knocks the opponent to his knees and cuts the head clean off. Excecution style. (Remember The Executioner's Fatality in MACE?).
It sounds pretty simpel but i would love to see this happen i a fluid motion, with some sort of grace. What would also be cool is just befor he cuts their head of while the opponent is on his/her knees he swirls his sword a bit.

First, no scalping. Too cliche`. I know Nightwolf is a Native American but there were much more interesting ways they had to hurt or torture you. Darn French influence. So...

Nightwolf:
This is esentially a glorified redux of the classic "Ascension" fatility. Nightwolf takes of a totem from around his neck. He holds it up and chants. It starts to glow. He thows down at the intended victim's feet. The blue glow leads into small blue "lights" that seem to swarm around the victim. Each one enters into the victim as she flails they "enter." The body glows blue, floats, and errupts into bluish energy that erupts toward the heavens. The faint apparition of the victim seems to be apparant within the glow. It screams as the ILM-induced effects happen. The body falls back into a blackened skeleton.

Scorpion:
Another redux of a fatality stems from the MK Scorpion Gang Bang fatal during UMK3 with the "Death Breath" we all have come to love. Scorpion takes off his mask and breaths an arc of flame that bounces around the arena. It bounds off of 4 points that seemingly encircle the victim. Each "bounce" causes a glowing red, fiery mark. Out from each erupt another Scorpion. The "original" Scorpion folds his arms. The other four look at him as he nods in approval. They send out their spears, one at a time, into each limb of the victim. The camera pans around the group of ScorpClones as each spear hits its intended limb. Once all spears connect, they fall back through, again one at a time, their fiery hole and you can see each "rope" become taut by the other ropes. You are left with a drawn & quartered stump of a victim screaming. Then, to end the suffering, Scorp roasts the victim.

Sub-Zero
Probably the second best showman in the MK universe. He's been known to rip your head off, your skeleton, and freeze then shatter you. Why stop now? He grabs the victim by the throat. He lowers his free hand and uses it to cause his mist to form at the feet of the victim. The sound of ice freezing along with small sounds of cracking are heard. The legs of the victim seem to become covered with ice. As that motion ends, the camera moves to over Sub's shoulder. You watch as the victim's head is slowly "iced" over. Sub releases his grip. He admires his handy work, briefly. Quickly, he pushes the torso. It breaks at the legs (roughly above the knee). The torso falls backwards. This impact causes the head to shatter. Leaving a twitching corpse, a pair of icicles, and shattered "chilled" brains and eyes. Yummy!

Baraka
Since I never played MK Gold or even heard much about it. This may or may not have been a fatal for Baraka. Baraka always had a cool short range, back-handed "Pimp Slap." At least I think he did. He had the blade sweep and a backhand, right? Well, the victim stands dazed (Typical Fatality stance). Baraka sticks out a blade from his left hand (Depending on the side of victim, really) and places just below her chin, almost lifting the head up with it so that he can look them in the eye. He retracts and hits them with the backhand slap. This spins them around away from the BladeMaster himself. As their back "faces" Baraka, both arm blades pop out. He runs them through the back and out of the chest of the victim. They look down at the two blades. Baraka pulls them out and his left arm blade retracts. The victim drops to her knees as the blood streams from both sets of holes. Baraka leans over and pulls their head back with his left hand. His right arm decapitates the victim. His left hand holds up his trophy as the body slumps backwards.

SINDEL

Sindel walks calmly up to her dazed opponent and roughly grabs them by the hair. Assuming she still has her flying abilities, she zooms up into the air and offscreen with blazing speed. A moment passes, and then a loud scream. Body parts and blood fall to the floor. Sindel then floats gently with a deranged smile and hovers above the ground, covered in blood.

Another idea: She walks behind her opponent and holds them in a tight embrace from behind. She then reveals long, black, clawlike fingernails. She smiles devilishly then with a quick swipe cuts her opponent's torso open. They stumble forward, dazed, until she delivers a staggering kick to their back, spraying guts and blood across the arena.


SUB-ZERO

He walks a short distance from the opponent, then quickly turns around, sending a thick spray of sharp ice shards towards his opponent, impaling random parts of their body. He then summons his power further, creating a final ice cannon that shoots forward and takes off his opponent's head.

Another: He faces his opponend and grasps their head in his frozen hands. They begin to scream as their head slowly freezes. Combined with the ice and the pressure of his hands, their head explodes.

MILEENA

With her sais in hand, Mileena dashes up to her opponent and rams one sai under the characters jaw, impaling their head. She holds the body with her sai a foot over the ground. She then proceeds to stab madly at her opponents torso with her other sai.

Another: Mileena takes off her veil, revealing her horrendous jaws and teeth. She dashes at her opponent and jumps atop them, lashing at them madly with tooth and nail. The opponent screams then falls to the floor. The word FATALITY appears, with Mileena still feeding feverishly.

Radin

He sticks his hand deep inside the victumes stomach then begins to pulse energy. Then victums eyes begin to glow and beems of light start bursting out of them, ripping away at ther skin till they eventualy explode with electricity, blood, and various chuncs of flesh.

Baraka

I think he should be sort of like preditor, so he comes at the defeated with his blades out, gets them in a headlock, and cuts the skin off ther face. then he grabs the now exposed scull and ripes it out with the spinal cord arached, lifting it saramoniously in the air.

scorpian

He twists around and spears his foe, pulling the vacuished to him. then he lifts them in the air, pulls off his mask and flames him. then lets him burn to a crisp wile held up in the air.

Scorpion: shoots spears out of both hands into the victim. After a few tugs and pulls the persons body explodes in half.

Nightwolf: stands back and summons his ancient indian powers. Then an old totem pole comes out of the ground. Nightwolf then uppercuts the victim onto the pole and his spirit rises out of the dead body.

Baraka: proceeds to kick the victim into the air, after a brief moment, he extracts his blades and as the victim falls the the ground he slices them in half over his head and the torso and legs fall next to baraka.

Thats an excellent idea!!! I love it!! Good work!

Mileena: She slowly walks upto her victim with sai's in hand then viciously impales them in both sides of their head (temple area) then the victim twitches and spazzes holding their hands up to their head in such pain. Mileena then grabs hold of her sai's and kicks their body ripping the head right off she then takes off her veil pulls out the sais from the head and begins to feast on it devilishly.

Quan Chin: Similar to his crap fatality in mkda put when he starts to tug on their head the head comes right off of the shoulders he jumps off the lifeless body throwing the head up into the air and then throws his green skull projectile at it and it explodes once it hits.

Kitana: Slices the persons neck with her fan then does her fan lift move directed at the head and it flies of off the body

Kitana: Quickly Slices her fan through the persons neck, middle and then the top of their legs, the person looks normal at first and then she does her fan lift move and the body falls to the floor and splilts up into head, upper middle, lower middle and legs.

Scorpion: Throws his spear right through the persons middle the spear flies out the other side then curves around and goes into the front of the persons head, the head comes right off and then through the back of the body and straight into scorpions hand, he then takes off his mask throws the head up into the air and toasties then it falls to the floor and crumbles into a pile of ash.

Sorry if anyone has posted similiar ideas, I haven't read all of them yet. I will soon.

I have a couple for Sub Zero:
- Sub Zero, with his icy power, materializes a Ninja-tou (ninja sword). He runs to his opponent, stabs it through the victim's chest... then the victim slowly turns to ice, as Sub Zero makes a downwards and upwards slash motion with the blade. When he rips his sword up, the enemy is split in half, and when the 2 'blocks of ice' fall on the ground, they shatter.

- Sub Zero materializes a couple of icy shuriken (doing a cool animish motion and stuff) and throws them to the enemy, hitting all sorts of limbs. Evey limb that is hit, freezes. As a final blow, Sub throws one between the eyes of the enemy. The enemy falls to the ground. Bam. Fatality.

- I'd like to see the classic 'freeze enemy and smash him to pieces' fatality back.

Sonya: She could blow some kinda of dust (like in DA) and shrink the opponents head

subbie: freezes just some parts of the opponents and crushes them just to prevent the opponent to die before he feels the pain

Baraka: Smiles and bites half of the oponents face of, spitting the flesh after it

Kenshi: Pokes and bursts the enemies eyeballs as a reminder of his blindness

BARAKA

Baraka nears his opponent and grabs their neck, strangling them. He raises their body off of the ground. He lets them struggle for a moment, then releases the blade from his forearm, lodging it into the character's head. He then slings their limp body across the room.

Or...Baraka punches his opponent to the ground. He unsheathes both of his blades and impales the person's hands, nailing them to the ground. He then opens his massive jaws and swallows the person's head whole.

How about Fatalities that effect the whole level along witht he opponent>?
Like deep freeze from the first MK movie, Sub-Zero crouches and makes the little ice ball of energy it continues to send out waves of ice energy until the whole level freezes then he walks up to the opponent;uppercuts them; and they land on an ice stalagmite.

Scorpion could have one where he sets the level on fire and then like pushes the opponent into a wall, catching him on fire. After the opponent runs around in panic and fire he stops them by using his *axe* to chop them up!

It's simple, to the point, and very gruesome.

A lot of detail can go into this fatality.

Well, it's been a while since I posted (pre MK:DA to be exact). Here's a couple ideas:

Baraka:

Baraka stands triumphantly in front of his dazed victim, releases his blades and slices the victim across the breast area with one blade and the abdomen area with the other (ala Final Destination 2 barbed wire scene) the victim stands there dazed, gurgling as their two sections slide off effortlessly.

Sub-Zero:

Redo on the freeze shatter fatality:
Sub-zero forms a faint mist of ice energy and places his hands on the victims midsection. You can hear the slow freezing sound of the victims torso and their gasping breaths. soon their midsection is frozen, from crotch to chest, leaving the legs and head still unfrozen. Sub-zero rears up his mighty boot and plants one right in their chest, shattering the midsection as the legs and head flop to the ground.

Scorpion:
Heater fatality:
Scorpion turns and faces his victim and starts to chant a faint demonic incantation, the victim starts sweating and does the obligatory "phew". As the chanting starts to becomes ever so louder, you can start to see immense heat waves as heat blisters start covering the victim from head to toe, then they burst into flames screaming horrendously until eventually the body explodes.

Two more bear with me:

Night Wolf:

Taking this from the mk3 story line. Night Wolf pulls out a medalion from around his neck, starts to chant in his native tongue. As he continues chanting green spirits of the fallen appear behind the victim, they slowly start tearing the victim to pieces with their bare hands/claws, the victim is screaming, trying to beat away the spirits but to no avail, the body is eventually left picked totally clean.

Shokan (goro, sheeva I don't care):

the victorious shokan warrior grabs the victim by his arms with his top two hands and with his bottom two hands he picks up the victims feet, the shokan extends his arms out and does a standing drop kick on the small of the back to the victim, thus quartering the poor bastard, leaving the bloody torso to fly across the stage as the shokan holds each bloody limb up in victory.

1) Baraka thrusts with his left blade in the stomach of his opponent, pauses briefly as blood spews out like a spraypaint can, then he lifts up in a switch motion connecting his blade with the opponents head, making a subsequent CRUNCH noise. Baraka then begins to feast on his opponents head. (talk about a shocker!;)

2) Baraka moves up to do his blade slice n dice and violently rips his opponent to shreds, he then licks the blood off his right blade, and gives his f'd up evil smile/grin(grinch style!:D)

3) Baraka slices his opponents legs off and his opponent then tries to crawl toward baraka when the opponent tries to reach out with his right arm to baraka, baraka grabs his arm, and then cutts off his head executioner style!

I agree with other people on here that Jax should get some kind of headsmash, then arm rip combo fatality - that would PWN.

2nd fatality for Jax could be he pounds at the ground and the sonic forces rip his opponent directly in half vertically... (MKII KungLao Slice style).

Remove any remote motion of body stomping or chest stomping after a fatality. its lame and even the japanese fighting game companies laugh at its cornyness.

I also think midway should implement some kind of "weapon" finisher or fatality per character or perhaps per "weapon" ala an old game Time Killers - perhaps when you strike an opponent with a weapon, it disables them, tears a limb off, something extreme and incredible - if not during match play, for a finisher unique in some way.... would be a cool idea i think (better then brutality animality and gaybality)
