Hari Kari's - What would be a good way to kill your character

Do you think that all characters will perform the same hari kari move? ie: EVERY character grabs their head and just breaks their own neck?

Or do you think they will all be unique?

It would suck if they were all the same. The really need to be unique to each character.

Post what you would like to see as a Hari Kari here.

One example:-
Scorpion - After he is defeated he throws his spear into the roof kind of like a grappling hook to make it stick there. Then he retracts the spear just a little while wrapping the spear around his neck. Hanging himself. You would see him kick and skin turn purple.

It may not be bloody and gruesome, but they could fix it a bit to make it fit more into the MK feel.

I think it would be cool if Ermac used his telekinesis to tear himself apart.

It'd be cool to see sektor or cyrax or whoever do a self destruct.... that is if they're a hidden character.

Also Kabal could take off his mask and sufficate kinda darth vader stylez... but that would take too long


I suck at these.

I suck at these.

Maybe Kabal could take off his mask, and look in a mirror. lol. That would prably work. Dont know where he would get the mirror though......

I would rather want to see more of a desperation attack then just suicide.for example...

Scorpion-He engulfs the whole arena with hellfire killing himself but taking his opponent with him.


It would be crappy if they just killed themselves.It would be better if they killed themselves but tried to take there opponent with them.

I have a couple ideas, I don't know if they're any good though...

Li Mei - She quickly charges up her energy in her hands (basically a huge ass Sparkler), she then points her hand towards her stomach before releasing the energy. The energy blasts through her midsection leaving a large hole, she then collapses onto the ground in a bloody heap.

Scorpion - He takes out a kunai and quickly slashes his wrists before slashing his jugular.

Frost - She places her hands against her face and begins to quickly freeze her own head. After a few moments her body goes limp and she falls forward, her head smashing against the ground.

I like Scorpion's self-lynching but what if the stage has no ceiling?

Shang Tsung would explode and thousands of souls would be released.

Quan Chi would taunt his opponent then break his own neck.

Baraka would make 2 fists and point them in the direction of his chest then impale himself with his blades.

Kitana would slice her throat with one of her fans or kiss herself, inflate then explode.

Raiden would summon a lightning bolt to strike him then he would explode or slowly fry.

Ermac would use telekinesis to kill himself with his own weapon or tear himself apart.

I really think if this is going to happen though they should have them on the ground and make it look like theres no way they're going to get up. I mean if they stand and do it my first thought would be "why don't they just go attack that guy or do that to him?". I know it's a game but still.

put a grenade in your mouth and pull the pin.

shove a dagger through your heart/stomach.

swallow a poison.

pour highly concentrated acid on your head.

pour oil on yourself then ignite it.

look at a nude pic of jax.

run as fast as you can off the edge of the arena.

mix pop-rocks with jolt cola then chug it.

I did one for a character i made called Sarakia -she is a Voodoo Queen with alot of Story and moves, etc.

Sarakia withdraws a voodoo doll of her and she starts to toy with it, inflicting pain upon herself, she then clutches the doll and crushes it whilst tearing it apart leaving herself a mangled, mutilated corpse
